We’ve been to Cape Coral many times and booked a house through Intervillas for the first time this year. Everything went smoothly; Reto was very friendly, easygoing, and responded super fast. The house was exactly as described and we really liked it. Especially the view… a dream! Anja’s on-site support was also very warm and friendly. What an absolutely gorgeous property! Absolutely beautiful and the kitchen well stocked with all the things you could need! The location is amazing, we even saw dolphins, rays, and so many fish off the dock! Such a relaxing vibe hanging out in the pool and the game closet was a huge hit! We had a group of 8 and our dog, we loved have him join this vacation and are always so grateful to the properties that allow pets! We absolutely will be back! Reto was fantastic and very communicative, as well as the property managers stopping in to check on us when we arrived. 1000/10 recommend this vacation spot!

This Villa was beautiful & spotless! Newly renovated & well appointed, with a beautiful en suite full bath for each bedroom - it had everything we needed. Peaceful location on the canal near the river - saw dolphins most days!!! Kayaked the canals, beach hopped with the provided chairs & umbrellas & ate at excellent restaurants. Phillip provided great suggestions for beaches, parking, restaurants & activities during check-in, the day after we arrived. We unwinded in the evenings in the lovely lit pool. Look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Venezia. It’s in a great location, was well-maintained, and equipped with every comfort you could wish for. The management was attentive, friendly, and always responded promptly to our requests. We highly recommend Intervillas Florida.

The perfect location on eight lakes with a southern exposure which gave us sun all day! Clean and well equipped. Loved this property!

The house was even better in person! Everything was extremely clean, the house has everything you need. Reto and his management group were very responsive to any questions or requests. It was fun to take the kayaks out on the canal and fish off the pier. (There was a lot of boat traffic going by, if that is something you are looking to avoid.)The house was the perfect set up with 2 master suites on the first floor (in addition to 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom) and an apartment upstairs with bedroom, bath, kitchen, and living room. Neighborhood was safe, peaceful and had beautiful homes. The one day it rained the kids had a great time playing foosball, shuffleboard, and games on the PS5 in the upstairs apartment. Had everything we needed for a beach day as well. Highly recommend - and we will be back!

Our family vacation was everything we wanted and this place was the perfect most beautiful amazing place to have it! The pool and spa were the highlight especially for my 2 grandkids 6 & almost 4). They were in the pool every day by 8am! The kitchen is very well stocked with all kids of platters and bowls, pots and pans, kitchen gadgets and appliances from a drip coffee maker, espresso machine, blender to an electric kettle. The spice drawer is amazing. Every spice you could imagine. The wet bar has an ice machine, filtered water, a beverage fridge and even a humidor! Each bed room has its own en suite, beds and bedding super comfortable. The “tiki hut” down on the inter-coastal was awesome day and night and has great fishing. We spent every evening on the patio playing games and sitting by the amazing propane fire. I can’t say enough about this place. Our main contact Sebastian was awesome. He was available whenever needed, I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time here . It’s a fabulous location, wonderful views, kitchen has the most beautiful supplies I have ever experienced. You cannot miss in this location!

We absolutely loved our house. It was clean and inviting. The location was key. We loved being on the river and fishing off the dock. We caught A LOT of fish there. Fishing off the dock only did not require a license. We were disappointed the Tiki Bar was gone - it burned up during the remodel after the hurricane. But, the only beach in Cape Coral was right there! We were close to the “cool” part of Cape Coral. We felt like our own little microcosm. The pool was nice and deep! The house had floaties for the pool, random fishing equipment, and bicycles. The photos do make the house appear more spacious than it is, but that wasn’t an issue for us - just something we noticed. We are already discussing when we will come back to this same house.

The place was absolutely flawless. It had the best-stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen in a vacation rental, the pool was perfectly heated, and the views were beautiful. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. We’ve rented many homes in Cape Coral over the years, and this was by far the nicest one. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful trip! Loved spending lots of time in the backyard! The pool felt so refreshing and really enjoyed the spa! The screen deck was amazing it really seemed to relieve the heat of the sun! Watching the turtles and the birds on the canal was such a blessing! Would definitely recommend this place! Staff were ever helpful and had some nice suggestions for our stay!

Amazing stay! The property was absolutely beautiful - quiet, relaxing, and stocked with every amenity we could have needed. The pool was perfect, and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the outdoor area. The neighborhood was so peaceful it felt like there wasn’t anyone around for miles, yet you’re still conveniently close to anything you might need. We truly can’t say enough good things about this property. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place and it was clean! Pool area was awesome, the grill was new. You could control the temp of the hot tub and the pool to your liking, which is very important! The outdoor furniture was nice n comfy. Good location. I’d stay there again. Note: we actually booked a different place to stay for our vacation but when we arrived, the place was disgusting and full of mold! We refused to stay there so we went on the hunt for a new place to stay! So thankful Reto responded so quickly and even let us check the place out before booking! Thank you again!

Intervillas-Florida is a great company to work with. We booked through them in March of 2026 and we will be booking with them again for our 2027 vacation. Beautiful home and great outdoor space. We came with a 3- and a 1-year old and the pool set-up was amazing for them to play in. We enjoyed watching March Madness games on the outdoor tv and using the grill as well. The home is well-appointed - a welcoming coastal vibe. We cooked almost every meal at the house and had everything we needed for utensils and cookware, they even had higher end cutlery and the gas range was *chef’s kiss*. The pool is run off propane so it heats up relatively fast which was a plus. The canal view is very nice. The house sits behind a strip mall near busy streets so we did hear a lot of traffic, but it was still a relaxing stay. Communication was amazing with everyone with whom we interacted.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this waterfront Cape Coral home! Everything was perfect from start to finish. A beautiful home with a great pool! The home had lots of extras as well - kids toys, beach chairs/towels/umbrellas/toys, kayaks, coolers. The upstairs had its own entire living set up (bathroom, kitchenette, living room, bedroom). We loved our stay and the home located on a dead end road.

House is as pictured. Very clean. Linens, bathroom and beach towels high quality. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, everything was new or newer. Inside and outside furniture very comfortable and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. The heated pool and attached heated whirlpool were great during our stay with cooler weather. Outside seating by the peaceful flowing canal was great to watch the sunsets. Reto is very responsive, he went beyond checking in letting us know we could check in early if we chose to, and was very friendly and helpful. We would stay at this comfortable, welcoming home in the future!

This was our second stay at Villa The View and we will return for a third and fourth. The accommodations and appliances are high quality and extremely comfortable. The location is convenient. We arranged for a boat through Intervillas and all went well. This home is aptly named: the view is beautiful and relaxing, sunrise to sunset.

The pool was absolutely wonderful, and the entire outdoor area felt like a private tropical retreat. The lanai, pool, and marina - perfectly situated where two canals meet created a truly breathtaking waterfront setting. We especially loved spending time outside and taking in the peaceful views from every angle.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bayshore. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and well maintained. The location in Cape Coral is excellent and made it easy to explore the area. Our family enjoyed staying at Villa DaVinci. The house itself is beautiful inside and out. We appreciated the spacious layout, the decorating, large lanai, cleanliness, early check in, Philip (property manager) who showed us how things work was excellent. This would be a 5 star if we didn’t have trouble heating the pool and spa during a cold front…… All in all we loved our stay and would return!

Villa Francabella as the perfect house for five couples - all en-suite bedrooms plus two half baths. The home was immaculate when we arrived and the pool and spa area was perfect. The screened lanai allowed us to open the doors and use the pool without any bugs in the area. Our hosts were easy to work with and quickly answered any questions while we were staying in the villa. I highly recommend this house and the Intervilla team.

This was our 7th yr and 7th different house we have rented. By far one of the two best. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, The only home that had what other homes didn’t, all the light switches were LABELED! Property managers were responsive. Reto is great to work with.

Villa Dolphin is a beautiful house with the most amazing pool and hot tub. The location is close enough for a quick drive to restaurants and grocery stores but far enough away that it’s very quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted. The house fit our needs perfectly and was beautiful inside, looking exactly like the pictures. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

From start to finish, our experience was top notch. Reto was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and attentive to our needs and questions ahead of booking. The details about the property were clear, other than there not being a sauna for use. Sebastian, the property manager, was a complete gentleman, and wonderful to work with. We felt right at home the entire time. The property is clean and well put together. The amenities are complete. The outdoor living space and pool / hot tub area is off the charts and where our family spent most of our time. Would highly recommend for a family trip or couples get away. Every room comes with an en-suite arrangement, providing comfort and privacy for a larger group. Our family would definitely book this property again if we ever travel back to Cape Coral. The pictures don’t show how beautiful this house and pool are. It’s extremely clean, relaxing, and well equipped. We will be going back. The second floor has a nice tv / couch area where the kids can have their own space. Property manager was fast to answer questions and very helpful. Located close to shopping, and not too far from Ft Myer Beach.

The is a brand new remodelled home with many modern amenities. Nice heated pool as well. Outstanding hospitality touches, especially at arrival. Also like being close to restaurants and stores.

Beautiful place very clean was enough for him for us to have a couple friends but yet had our privacy. Close to everything 10 out of 10 - Everything was great! Master shower was like a car wash So relaxing ! Purple bed was so nice ! Tv outside was so relaxing in evening , tvs in all rooms and Alexa in Kitchen was a plus! Fully stocked kitchen ! Loved having beach chairs so we didn’t have to purchase any. Dogs loved it too! Garage to put our vehicle in was another plus! Lots of beach towels and blankets was nice !

This home is well equipped for a wonderful vacation. The 4 ensuite bedrooms are nicely appointed and we loved the pool/spa area and the view of the river. We also enjoyed our daily walks around the nice neighborhood. You will love it at this house!

We have visited Cape Coral several times, and will definitely be back to stay at Villa Malibu. This is the cleanest AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. The furniture - both indoor and outdoor was in like new condition. Very well maintained! The home was also well stocked with sheets, blankets, and towels. The outdoor area is gorgeous. We appreciated having ever we needed to cook meals in the lovely kitchen. Thanks for an excellent stay! Everything was simple from check in to check out. Reto was easy to book with, and Petra, the property manager, was EXCELLENT - highly responsive, friendly, and helpful. I can't say enough about Reto and this amazing home!! We're from Michigan and our family has stayed in Cape Coral before, but this house was seriously TOP NOTCH. Dead end street of a GREAT neighborhood, super modern and clean, and the pool and hot tub were AMAZING!! Every kitchen amenity you could think of, and plenty of beach AND bath towels. The house literally looked just like the pictures (and if you've airbnb'd often enough you know that's not always the case) and even had a really nice office if you needed to get some work done. Beds were clean, comfortable, and having two "suites" with attached baths was perfect for us. Communication with Reto was great, and he made sure we felt prepared even tho we didn't need much bc check in was so easy. Nothing negative to say at all and we will DEF be renting from Reto again when we're in Florida!! 🥳🥳

What a fantastic home! Villa Dolphin offers a wonderful canal-front location with beautiful water views and stunning sunsets. The pool was absolutely perfect for the hot summer days — refreshing, private, and inviting. We had a fantastic time in Reto's beautiful Cape Coral home. The place was spacious, each guest/couple had their own onsuite bathrooms, the view was spectacular and the house was well equipped. We would have loved warmer weather as the polar vortex kept us from enjoying the pool and spa as much as we'd liked, but that's not the house/property's fault! Would recommend this place for anyone looking to spread out or even retreat to their bedrooms. The patio was a giant hit as well as the outdoor kitchen. Plenty of room to relax, read, or converse with our guests. Reto and his management staff were on top of everything. We did need to call about some small things, but they were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. All in all, a fantastic place to find our piece of sunshine for a week!

This home was clean, attractively decorated. It had the extra amenities of home, and is situated in a safe, friendly neighborhood. We really enjoyed walking and visiting with the neighbors. The bedrooms had darkening blinds allowing for wonderful sleep. The view of the canal was peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was well supplied for all our needs. We hope to come back!

On top of that Reto is a fantastic host. Very friendly, easy to communicate with, accommodating and helpful. I would 100% recommend visiting his place!

When they say house has everything they mean it. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, pots, pans etc. You’ll feel like you’re right at home. Beds and linens were comfortable. The view was spectacular. Great hot tub and pool. I can’t even begin to fully describe how this place was. I booked another 2 weeks before I even left. Thank you all it was the best trip ever!

Great house with lots of amenities. The location and size of the house were excellent. Some things are a bit worn and could use an update. There are plenty of pool and beach accessories, but a few of those could be replaced as well. Unfortunately, the description isn’t entirely accurate. One of the rooms is a walk-through room, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. If you’re traveling as a family, that’s fine, but with friends, it’s inconvenient to have to walk through one bedroom to get to another. Also, the garage wasn’t usable, even though it was listed in the ad. We had a few minor issues, but they were resolved immediately by the very friendly property management. With a few minor updates, this is a very good vacation home that comes highly recommended.

Villa Venezia - We had a wonderful stay at Villa Venezia!! Winter in Florida truly offers perfect weather, and this home was ideal for enjoying it. The house was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described, comfortable and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was very well equipped, with excellent supplies that made cooking at home easy and enjoyable. The pool area was a highlight of our stay: beautifully maintained, relaxing, and offering a lovely view that we enjoyed throughout the day and in the evenings. The location was excellent, quiet, safe, and close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. A special mention to Phillipe, the maintenance manager, who was incredibly friendly and guided us through the entire check-in and check-out process, making everything smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Cape Coral.

We stayed at this house in Cape Coral over New Year’s and really enjoyed our time there. The house was clean, comfortable, and just as it looked in the photos. Everything we needed was there, and it was easy to settle in right away. The pool and hot tub were a highlight - both were beautiful and well maintained, and we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying them. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to stores and restaurants, which made things very convenient. Reto was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay. We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Pure Balance. The house is perfect. You feel comfortable and at home from the moment you arrive. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. This is the perfect house for a family of 5 and their significant others. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The upstairs main bedroom is very quiet and private. The views across the river are outstanding. We had dolphins and manatee swim right by the dock. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook in. The spa was perfect for the cool nights. House is in a great location. Close to all the main restaurants and bars. We will be back for sure!

Me and my family (including our son of 2 years old) had the most amazing 2 weeks in this lovely villa. It looked like the pictures and was super clean. The pool was’t warm in the beginning but host Reto helped us fix that immediately and we especially loved the warm jacuzzi in the colder evenings. The only minus was the sofa (a little small for 6 people) but other than that it was a 10/10 experience! Reto really was a great host! We would love to go back.

Villa Venezia is simply fantastic! Well laid out, superb facilities, great location - very good and very quiet neighbors, perfect orientation of the villa - sunshine by the pool all day long, large heated pool, easy to reach. We had an amazing stay with 4 adults and 5 kids. The pool and hot tub was stellar. It was pre heated and ready to jump in the moment we arrived. The back boat dock was phenomenal to enjoy in the morning sunrise with a cup of coffee and early fishing with the kids. The evenings we would unwind with the kids swimming then fishing off the back dock enjoying the sunset. We truly enjoyed the home all around. Reto and his team were super welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We will stay here again. I donated two fishing poles and a fishing bucket for future house guests to enjoy.

The area was nice, beautiful.The house was beautiful.There was only five rooms. It was stated with six, but we may do. if the room with the pullout couch had some privacy i would say 6 bedrooms, but all in all it was a nice nice area and place. I loved it. I will recommend it for anyone and I will be trying to get that house again when I come back to Naples.

Very spacious house with a well-equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and the outdoor area is well designed, allowing you to spend the whole day relaxing by the pool in a private atmosphere. The on-site staff were very friendly and invited us to let them know immediately if anything was wrong. However, this was not necessary at all. We would book Villa Sunset Breeze again anytime!

The house is in great condition. Perfectly furnished and everything is very clean. Everything was lovingly prepared for our arrival. Everything you need for a trip to the beach or kayaking is provided. Sonja was immediately available to answer any questions. It couldn't be better. My family of 8 had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. Reto was very responsive and helpful before during and after our trip! The property manager Philip came and walked through the house with us to explain everything. The house wads immaculately clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The pool and view were amazing. We loved hanging at the dock in the morning as well. There was lots of space to have quiet time as needed and also a large enough table inside and on the patio to have dinner with everyone. I would highly recommend this property!

This is an excellent home! The outdoor seating with the outdoor tv is top notch. We had an issue with the tv initially and they responded promptly by replacing the entire thing! I have stayed at 10+ rentals in the area and this one is above the rest. Spacious, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen (a rarity!). Would love to come back!

The house was on an intercostal so we could sit poolside and see the boats go by. Additionally, the bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Great vibes!

Look no further! You will NOT be disappointed! So….I have to say by far this house exceeded our expectations. As soon as you pull up, we appreciated the variety of cacti strategically adorning the perimeter of the house. Stunning! The absolute star of the house was the outdoor living area and pool. As soon as you slide open the patio doors, you are swept away into a European vibe – that I myself appreciated. The pool is mostly private – with the exception of the house directly behind you that has a line of sight directly to the pool, but thankfully, no one was there during our stay. The house was clean, and words do not do the décor of the house justice. Very “modern minimalist” vibe with the warmth of woods incorporated. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Love Cape Coral - you can hit FMB and Sanibel/Captiva Island within a short drive time. Host was beyond one of the best I’ve dealt with – Reto is incredibly responsive, day or night, and aims to please. Would strongly recommend!

The owner have gone all out to update this house along with patio and pool. Master shower and bathroom is amazing !! Photos are spot on of the home and nothing negative that I could say. The pool was very good. There were more than enough towels available. The handover of the villa was uncomplicated, competent, and very friendly. The appointment arrangement was perfect. Villa Bella Vita is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed everything about our stay. We traveled here for our honeymoon, and it was perfect! The pool/spa is amazing; it was probably our favorite part! The location of the house is great - very close to stores, restaurants, and activities, but it feels private and secluded when you’re staying at the house. Reto and everyone at Intervillas was super nice and helpful - we would definitely stay here again!

We are happy to give 5 stars because we really liked the villa. It matches the description 100%, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the outdoor area with the pool is very nice. We found the awning covering the entire terrace very practical. The beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well. We really enjoyed the view of the canal and the peace and quiet. Many thanks to Pete for the many tips and quick answers to questions about the house. We had a wonderful vacation there and would love to come back.

My family and I stayed for a week and it was amazing. Plenty of privacy and space for each couple. Beds were very comfortable and all of the furniture was very well made and comfortable (inside and outside). Anja the property manager was very nice, not that we needed anything. Overall our stay was a 10! We didn’t do much but bbq, play some games, listen to music, and best of all RELAXED!!

Our stay at Villa Garzetta in Cape Coral was simply fantastic! Upon arrival, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the house was. The view of the canal is like something out of a picture book – we were able to observe a wide variety of animals every day while enjoying the peace and quiet. We were particularly impressed by the warm and prompt support: whether from the homeowner Pete or the housekeeper – whenever we had questions or a minor power outage, someone was immediately available and the problem was solved in no time. Villa Laguna is perfectly located directly on the Caloosahatchee River and offers every amenity you could wish for. From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel at home. Communication with both the homeowner and Reto Pavoni was warm, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. We would book this house again anytime.

Villa Xanadu was amazing!!! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing. We loved the views of the water, the pool, and all the amenities the house had to offer. This is a home designed to make you feel like you’re on a luxury vacation. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and the master suite is extraordinary. The linens and towels were high end and so is the decor. It was in a quiet neighborhood which was close to everything. It was so nice to have the garage to park in- and there were bikes, kayaks, beach gear, and life preservers for guest use. They truly thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We even saw dolphins in the early morning from the master suite! We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this one blew the rest out of the water! We had a great vacation here and will definitely consider another stay!

Reto was great from start to finish! Villa Valentina was an incredible property! So much space and the pool/hot tub was incredible! Reto also has a boat rental partner who was helpful. Reto war von Anfang bis Ende großartig! Die Villa Valentina war eine unglaubliche Liegenschaft! So viel Platz und der Pool / Whirlpool war unglaublich! Außerdem hat Reto ebenfalls einen Partner für die Bootsvermietung, der sehr hilfreich war.

Home is modern, tastefully furnished, and looks even better in person than the photos. Pool was exceptionally clean and the controls for the lighting, heat, and spa were easy to use. Claudia was extremely responsive for minor issues and was able to rectify any/all concerns. We didn’t use the boat lift or grille but they appeared to be clean and in good working order. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone staying in Cape Coral.

We had a very enjoyable stay. It is a quiet neighborhood on the very western edge of Cape Coral. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub with our adult children. We rented a boat for three days and went on excursions (with dolphins :). Renting a boat is very easy and there are no requirements. Overall, it was a very relaxing and restful time. The house had everything we needed! Clean and well furnished. The welcome with Anja was also very friendly and uncomplicated. Many thanks!

This year we spent our 3-week vacation with 8 adults and a baby in Villa Pure Balance. The villa is lovingly and stylishly furnished and is in an absolutely quiet yet central location. The spacious pool and terrace area gave each of us our own retreat. We have been vacationing in Cape Coral or Naples for 30 years and Villa Pure Balance was the best equipped house we have rented. It really lacked nothing. When we arrived we found a spotlessly clean house. Thank you to the housekeeping. The on-site support from Adam was also great. He was always available and, for example, immediately arranged for a company to fix the faulty dishwasher and was also on site for the repair. Only the boat rental via Alex did not work out at all and was very annoying for us, as we lost a lot of time and nerves and could not make planned excursions to Cabagge Key, among others. But a big thank you to Reto, who always communicated transparently with us in this matter and arranged the reimbursement of the rental costs without any problems. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this villa to everyone!

Spent a week here with my family and had a great time. The house is in a good location with quick access to restaurants, ice cream shops with a Walmart and Publix close by. The house was beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful pool area with plenty of outdoor space. When we got there the whole house had lost power and the Wifi was out for the first 2 days due to an issue with Xfinity being in the area working on a nearby issue but with great communication and hard work from Phillip, we got the Wifi back and the rest of the trip was great. We would definitely book this house again and suggest it to others as well!

We had a fantastic, fabulous vacation. Our family loved the pool and the amazing amount of room that we had to spread out. There was a total of 9 adults and 1 toddler, so ample space was certainly needed. We sipped our morning coffee (loved the Nespresso machine) out on the dock and each evening enjoyed our dinners on the patio to watch the sunset. I have never had a rental home that had a kitchen as well stocked as this one. From the dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and anything that was needed for us to cook was all available. Plenty of pool towels, the house was clean and immaculate when we arrived. Only 1 thing to note, the 6th bedroom is an office with pull out sofa (very comfortable) which is fine but there was no privacy for the guest using that room because they have beautiful glass French doors for that room. Just a thought to consider if one needs a 6th bedroom. Despite this minor inconvenience, I wouldn't hesitate to reserve this house again!

The house was incredibly well appointed- lots of linens, towels, kitchen equipment, small appliances, etc- it truly had everything we needed. For guests like us who cook every meal in the house for the entire week that we stay, it was so easy and a relief to do so without any issues. The pictures didn’t do the space justice. Our only small issue was that it did get a little bit warm while sleeping in July and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were very weak. The rest of the tech in/out of the house worked flawlessly. The host and property manager were friendly, accommodating and very responsive. We had a really wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool and hot tub with our adult children & their significant others. We fished and looked for manatee. It was a very laid back, relaxing time. The house had everything we needed!

My mom and I stayed for a week in March of 2025. My sister and husband visited for two days. We had an amazing and relaxing time! The house is absolutely beautiful. The view was amazing! The pool and hot tub put things over the top. Landscaping is lovely. House was very, very clean. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen for cooking any kind of elaborate meal for many people. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were friendly. The bonus of beach towels and gear made beach going very convenient. We did have some issues with the water shutting off due to some pool maintenance and the automatic shutoff in case of flooding. The team was very responsive to fix that situation and always quick to respond with any questions. There is plenty of space for a large family. Restaurants and groceries just a short drive away. Highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing vacation with stunning views and beautiful home!

We loved the house. Very spacious, the outside (where we were most of the day) is also very enjoyable and lots of shade and perfect pool. We used the kayaks and also rented a boat which we used daily! And one thing to consider is the time it takes to navigate to the gulf. With this house it took only 10 minutes to get out of the canals. Sometimes this is wayyyy longer.

This house is simply fantastic - the pictures are amazing, but they still don’t quite capture how great it is in person. Everything, from the quality of the construction and materials to the modern design, kitchen and bath fixtures, and all the amenities, is top-notch. We’re a family of five and had more than enough room to spread out, but you could easily fit two full families or five couples comfortably. There are two full master suites and three junior suites, all with king beds, beautiful ensuite bathrooms, and direct access to the outdoors. No one ends up with the “bad room” - every bedroom feels like a win. I can’t say enough about the Intervillas team - they were absolutely excellent. Friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. The level of service went well beyond what you’d expect, even for a high-end rental like this. The highlight of the home for me was the screened-in patio with the infinity-edge pool and waterfall hot tub. Everything is easy to control - the pool lights, hot tub heat, features, all with the touch of a button. And the Napoleon grill... as a guy from Kansas City who loves to grill, I was seriously impressed. It heats to over 600° and cooks like a dream. I’m officially jealous. The Sonos sound system was another nice touch - super easy to connect with your phone and great for setting the vibe throughout the house and patio. Big thanks to the Intervillas team for a truly memorable week in your beautiful home. We didn’t want to leave!

Our stay was perfect for our needs! It is a beautiful and relaxing home! There were so many amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms, pool, games, fishing, etc. We did not have any moments where we said “I wish they had X.” The hosts were very responsive throughout our stay. The photos of this place do not do it enough justice. The home was breathtakingly beautiful! The details just blew us away. They thought of everything! There was never a time when we said, "I wish they had..." They had it ALL, and then some. Everything in the home was high-end. It was incredibly clean and spacious. The home has really tall ceilings, and it was professionally decorated. Just gorgeous. It looked like something out of a magazine! We were honestly sad to leave. We like to go somewhere different each year as a family, but I'm not sure we can top this place. My entire family is already talking about coming back. The host, Reto, was super nice and responsive. I just can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!

We had the best time at this vacation rental. It was very well stocked with cookware, silverware, cups, and dishes (the only thing we could think of to add would be a set of measuring spoons and a set of measuring cups). Access to the Nespresso machine made our mornings something to look forward to. The home was so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave. There was so much space for everyone, and so many things to do. We really enjoyed every minute, whether it was lounging by the beautiful pool, fishing off the dock, playing pool or ping pong. This place really had it all. The views were stunning! They spared no expense with this property. We will absolutely stay here again. We love Cape Coral, and with the ability to order delivery, this was an amazing vacation. Communication was prompt and professional. I was unaware that they would like to schedule a time to meet the day after you arrive, but this proved to be very helpful. They do a walkthrough before you check out, and are very accommodating to our schedules. The only thing that could have made this stay any better was the pool heater wasn't working. They did send a repair man, but were unable to have it repaired during our visit. The pool was clean, but with the heater out, we were unable to comfortably stay in the pool after sunset. I'd recommend verifying the pool is working, prior to check in. Didn't sour our trip. Loved this place.

We stayed in two villas through InterVillas - Azur and Leonardo - and if you are trying to decide between them, I would definitely recommend Villa Leonardo. It is a wonderful villa with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about. We had an unforgettable stay and especially enjoyed the fantastic fishing. Grilling our fresh catch right at the villa made the experience even more special. The house itself is amazing and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Honestly, this is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. I would also like to especially mention the wonderful hosts of Villa Leonardo. They are incredibly responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist, which makes the whole holiday even more comfortable and enjoyable. The accommodation is well equipped, beautifully furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing Florida vacation - including a fantastic pool and a quiet location. Wonderful stay - beautiful property, served our group of 5 (+ 2 dogs) well. Very clean. A steep set of steps entering house but once in all on one level. This was great for our folks with some mobility issues, as no stairs inside. Pool exactly as pictured and inviting as it appears. Yard in back fully fenced in, including fence extending beyond the seawall, this critical to allowing our dogs to run free and not be able to get into neighbor's yards, or access front of the house. Kitchen well equipped with multiple sets of dishes and cooking pans. We made dinner for 11 people two nights while there and had no problems doing so. Grill in great shape, and multiple refrigerators (inside, outside, master suite), allowed for plenty of space to store food and drinks. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and the many ceiling fans all came in handy. One consideration, this may not be the best place for old dogs or young children as there is no barrier from pool deck to ground 6-ft below. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place with lots of amenities. Pool and spa were great, kitchen was well stocked and overall the whole place was fantastic. Several large fish out by the dock but didn’t have time to do any fishing.

While planning our trip, we very quickly decided on Villa Splendid... and we were absolutely right with our choice! The condition of the house is top, it is modern and extremely tastefully furnished (the pictures are not deceptive). The beautiful location guarantees peace and quiet as well as sun from morning to night. The support during the planning phase by Reto Pavoni and on arrival in Cape Coral by Jeannette was excellent. We will gladly come again!

Beautiful and well-maintained house with large living room and large open kitchen. The highlight is the outdoor area with barbecue, lounge, pool, tiki, etc. We enjoyed it very much. The pool water should be changed more often during the year as it is heavily treated with chlorine once a week. The solar system, which keeps electricity consumption to a minimum, was also positive. (Air conditioning, etc.) All in all, highly recommended!

Villa “Venezia” absolutely met our expectations. Everything we needed was available and the villa was in a very neat and clean condition. The handover and delivery, as well as the flow of information, worked perfectly. We can also recommend the three-day “boat rental”. We miss Villa “Venezia” every day!

Really enjoyed our 6 week stay here, no real issues. Some minor recommendations but have sent them to the property manager. Will book again for next year. Master suite comfortable and spacious. Would like to see xfinity throughout the house so I can watch the same thing on all TV's well mainly the master bedroom, outside and in the lounge. Table tennis was a treat but only used approx few times. Did notcuse the grill. Great location for easy access, gym and shopping. Thank you!

We really liked Villa Penelope. The house is in very good condition and everything worked as it should. We had a very good relationship with the neighbors. In our opinion, the plastic table on the terrace does not match the high-quality furniture and creaks constantly while eating. I would change this as a recommendation. The reservation from the house was excellent. Reto answered all our questions very quickly and competently. We are happy to recommend Intervillas and hope that we will have the opportunity to spend our vacation in this house again. Thank you very much.

As is standard with Intervillas, the house was clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable. We saw manatees in the lake. The spacious dock is ideal for celebrating the sunset. The location of the house is good for touring in all directions and you hear nothing from the road.

The layout of this home and especially outdoor area is perfection. I felt at home immediately. The pool area is so private and is very peaceful with the sound of water fountains which creates a spa like effect.My daughter, after a few days there said i don't think ive ever felt such peace! After a month there i came home feeling so rejuvenated and happy. It is just what i needed and cannot wait to go back!

The house is great! We spent spring break here with our three kids and my parents and loved it. We used the pool every day. The kitchen is well stocked with pots / pans for cooking meals, and they have a good size grill. The management company is fantastic and responded to every question we had very quick. The one thing we wish we would've known is about the boat rental. The boat is a minimum 5-day rental but the water on the river is very choppy and makes it difficult to park the boat on the lift. So unless you are a very experienced boater, you won't be able to use it much. Otherwise, our experience was great!

Our month vacation in Cape Coral Florida was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Manatee - the house we loved and the view every day was awesome - relaxing. My husband had his coffee on the patio every morning enjoying seeing flying fish, dolphins and we seen manatees also. The house was perfect - clean, had everything needed. We’ve traveled to many places around the globe and the things that I find most important are a comfortable bed, beautiful and safe surroundings, clean kitchen, lots of closet space for all the shopping and a host who is incredibly proactive and very responsive. Reto’s place did not disappoint and had all that and more!

“Beautiful Home with a Stunning Pool Area!” This property exceeded our expectations! The home was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The pool area was absolutely stunning and very private - we spent so much time just relaxing there. The fire pit by the pool was a great touch, and the hot tub actually gets warm, which isn’t always the case with other rentals! The house was also very well stocked with everything we needed. The dock area by the canal was another highlight, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed recently at the lovely Villa Serenissima. As advertised this is a very quiet neighborhood, which we thoroughly appreciated. The view of a wider water way from the patio was amazing. We were able to see a lot of wildlife and enjoyed watching a few boats drift by. The owners have thought of everything to furnish the house. Clearly they have also invested a good deal of time and money renovating this home. It’s hard to tell if the home is renovated or just new! The next time you re looking for a great house in a great location in Cape Coral, look no further than Villa Serenissima!

If you are looking in the southern Cape Coral area there is no better place. The stay was amazing, they had everything you need and the amenities are wonderful. We will say that the beds were a little on the stiff side but still able to sleep wonderfully. Wonderful stay and we will be back!

Villa 4Dreamers is an incredible home - the best one we've ever stayed at. When we arrived it was spotless and everything was in perfect working order. If we had any questions or issues during our stay (very rare!), the property manager responded immediately. The home was decorated beautifully, really comfortable, and well stocked with everything we could think of. There were lots of games, big (ping pong, shuffle board, billiards) and small (board games too)! From swimming, kayaking, bike riding and an incredible indoor gym, it was a great place to get fit. Everything was very high quality and very comfortable and it was a wonderful home to relax and feel pampered. The neighbourhood is friendly and everything is close by. The outdoor area was incredible too: gorgeous pool, perfect hot tub, lots of comfy seating, fireplace, tiki hut. Why would we EVER go anywhere else??!!! We can't wait to come back again.

We enjoyed our three weeks at Villa Bella Vita! The property was even better than listed. Very clean and well appointed. The morning sunrise was spectacular over the pool and down the canal. Great location, with a Publix and Aldi minutes away. We will be back!

What a BEAUTIFUL home in a superb location!! Loved that it is on a cul-de-sac that made for safe evening walks with the dogs. I can’t say enough about how clean, bright, and cheery the home was. I actually couldn’t wait to wake up each morning and open the sliders all the way to enjoy the serene view of the sun-washed canal and sounds of the pool bubbler. And speaking of the pool… WHAT A POOL!! Large and aesthetically pleasing with a super relaxing hot tub. The host and his assistant Philip were so friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome and right at home. Couldn’t have had a better stay!!

We really loved the house and the location was wonderful! House had everything we needed and more. It is so close to restaurants and down town which was great!!!! Communication was good everyone was responsive. Check in was different than what we have ever done in the past someone actually meet us at the house to check us in. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for rest and relaxation! Just sitting on the dock watching the boats go by really was the icing on the cake we were out there all the time!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Laguna. The house is extremely well stocked with anything you could need during your trip and the location is incredible. We never got tired of sitting by the pool and looking out over the water. It was also really easy to walk to a few restaurants, the supermarket and then for further afield places, Ubers were very easy. Totally recommend this home for a stay!

Our family loved the week we spent at this gorgeous house! Was in a great location to visit everything we did, including 2 Twins games at Hammond Stadium, a trip to watch the Twins in Venice, Florida, a visit to Lovers Key State Park, and the Murder Mystery Dinner Train in Fort Myers, plus visiting various restaurants and breweries. The pool area at this villa was wonderful. We enjoyed swimming, eating and playing games at the lanai table and watching TV both inside and out! Our host was so kind and responded quickly to our correspondence. We have already said that our next trip to Florida will be at Villa Ambiente!

This home was a great place to stay. It was very clean, had a quiet, private location and wonderful amenities. We had one issue with the hot tub. The heater was not functioning. The owners themselves worked with us to try to rectify the situation. We were very pleased with the owners’ response and kindness.

This home is a great choice in Cape Coral!! The dock and canal were great for boating days and the home was very clean with plenty of towels (both shower and pool) and other necessities. The location was conveniently located near Publix and Target for our grocery needs. Short drive to downtown Cape Coral and Fort Myers. So many great restaurants. This is nearly a perfect home in Cape Coral if you are seeking an awesome pool+hot tub outdoor experience. The pool is awesome, nicely heated and deep enough to do water aerobics every day! Located at the very end of a canal, the location was private, quiet and offered tremendous views of the canal, ships, birds and happenings on the canal. The home is also within a mile of Publix and downtown Cape Coral. Reto is an excellent, responsive host and everything went as perfectly as possible. I couldn't recommend more.

We spent 4 relaxing weeks at Villa Malibu! On our arrival we found a very well-kept and well-cleaned house. The kitchen is well equipped. There were even enough cleaning utensils available. Villa Penelope - a fantastic, new villa in a quiet neighborhood that leaves nothing to be desired! Particularly noteworthy is the exceptionally beautiful pool (one of the nicest we've had in a long time) and the great terrace area with its generous seating! We particularly liked the covered lounge area. We were also impressed by the kitchen equipment, which has absolutely everything you need for people who like to cook. It's very rare to find something like this. We found it super convenient that each bedroom has a king-size bed - so several couples can also spend their vacation together without having to jostle for the “big bed”. We had a very nice time in this villa in Cape Coral! The service from Intervillas was also, as always, absolutely top!

Villa Splendid is even more beautiful in reality than in the pictures. The excellent location guarantees peace and sunshine from morning until evening. We were able to spend an unforgettable time in this wonderful villa and would like to sincerely thank you. We would love to come back!

Everything about this home is great. I stay at Air B&B all the time and I always look at the little things. For example all the beds were very comfortable which is a big deal. They had good cooking options nice Webber grill and the Sonos sound system indoor and out sounds great. Host were easy to reach with very fast response and the home is 2 min from Publix. Overall if you stay at this home you won’t wanna leave. Cheers!

We stayed at Penelope for 5 nights. It’s a beautiful house. It’s even nicer than the photos. The interior is very thoughtfully designed and the furniture and bedding is excellent. The owners have really thought of everything and spared no expense. The pool and outdoor space is perfect for entertaining a family or group. It really is a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it. If we return to Cape Coral it will be to stay here again.

The house leaves nothing to be desired due to its location, including the exceptional layout of the property, the spaciousness and furnishings and is clearly one of the best vacation homes in CC. We were very impressed with the villa “The View”. Really beautiful location, wonderful sunsets. Pool and whirlpool are top, house is absolutely top, very spacious. Really the only disadvantage is that there are no fans inside the house, so you have to keep the air conditioning running at night. Sleeping with the window open without fans is simply not possible. Everything else wonderful, top house service, as always!

Fantastic vacation in Cape Coral - We were very excited about our Forida vacation. The weather with heat, humidity and mosquitoes was much more pleasant than we had expected. The villa is in a great location. You have quick access to the sea by boat. The villa has a great layout and is very comfortable to live in. Everything is clean and well maintained. Overall, however, the whole package is good. It's perfect as a base for trips to Orlando, Key West, etc. We can very well imagine taking a vacation like this again. Whether in the same villa or another one from Intervillas.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Manatee. The on-site support was perfect, from the warm welcome with lots of tips to the last day. The location and facilities are great, everything you need for a relaxing vacation was available. The pool and sun deck were super nice. I can only recommend it.

The house was super equipped, very clean and simply fantastic. The location in general and the position on the canal were fantastic. The service provided by Sonja was excellent. She was always very obliging, extremely reliable and uncomplicated. The contacts via Intervillas were also always positive. Answers to email questions came very quickly, we received the access code to the house extremely punctually and the bill/refund of the electricity/deposit was returned to us on the same day that we left Villa Magic Summer. We stayed 4th of July week. It was very quiet. The location was minutes from all the fuss and buss. One of the most relaxing weeks I’ve ever enjoyed. Pool was fantastic. PM was very responsive and super helpful. We will definitely be going back for another week. Wir blieben in der 4. Juli-Woche. Es war sehr ruhig. Die Lage war nur wenige Minuten von allem entfernt. Wir hatten eine der entspannendsten Wochen, die ich je genossen habe! Der Pool war fantastisch. PM war sehr reaktionsschnell und super hilfreich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder für eine weitere Woche zu gehen.

The house is great! We had rented houses of this type several times before, but never one of this size. The entrance, the bedrooms, the kitchen - simply huge and extremely spacious. The terrace and pool were also perfect. It was also nice to have two washing machines. That makes things so much easier. The house offers many "retreats". So we were able to spread out well when we wanted some peace and quiet. Mr. Pavoni - Intervillas - runs his company professionally. The accounts are correct and communication is good. The on-site support was very good. The response times were short and we were well looked after. To summarize: Really great - an unreservedly super house!

We loved the house there was so much more than we imagined. Everything you can think of that you need you will have here. The view was phenomenal especially from the pool. My husband and i enjoyed quiet nights daily in the hot tub and pool enjoying the stars and the moon. It was peaceful. We rented the boat a few days and had a great time. We walked for exercise in the neighborhood in the evening and it was safe to do. We celebrated our anniversary at Rum Runners the food was amazing as was the view and service. We also are at Papa Joes Italian excellent pizza and service. My mom is blind and the waitress took extra care of her needs. Checking in with Bryan was great he and his wife gave us great info for our stay on points of interest. They are super knowledgeable. Reto from the rental company was very responsive to our questions before arrival and when we checked in. We will come again!

Top villa with super equipment and great pool area in a top location with a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We felt completely at ease and were very warmly looked after by Jeannette on site. This was definitely not our last stay in this villa!

We spent some great days in Cape Coral and are once again very satisfied with all the services provided by Intervillas. From the booking, the on-site support to the billing, everything was very serious. Above all, the local administration, represented by Antonella, was really super competent, friendly and fast.

Intervillas is a great team, very flexible and solution-oriented. We, a family of 3, stayed in the villa for 16 days in July 24 and it was really SUPER. The house is in great condition and everything is clean and well maintained (we have been in FL 12 times and can tell some horror stories), there was nothing missing in the kitchen, everything was really very tidy. The furnishings are like new throughout the house. The pool area and the outdoor area were in perfect order, our son was in the pool almost all the time. Due to the location on the canal (fresh water) you also have a beautiful view, especially the sunrises with a coffee in your hand are unforgettable. The neighbors are very friendly and above all quiet. The garage was tidy and the TV system also worked perfectly (for the European Championship final). Unfortunately we could only use the master bedroom which was a shame as the house could easily accommodate 6 adults. We felt very comfortable and would like to return to the house in 2025. Thanks to Petra, who really took special care of us and was always available. All in all, great and uncomplicated booking, the reception at the house was great, the on-site support and communication were also very uncomplicated and top! Thanks for the wonderful vacation to the Intervillas team.

Did a last minute booking with Reto and I’m so glad I did. Everything in the house was immaculate. Perfect decor, perfect location and the property management team were awesome. We come to SW Florida a few times a year and I believe we’ve found our new favorite property in Cape Coral. Just terrific!

We loved the house. Our group was 3 couples, and we always had more than enough room to spread out, as well as time together for meals or games. The pool and outdoor kitchen were fantastic and where we spent most of our time. Something that was great for us that we asked about in message, but I didn't see listed was the beach amenities that we could use (beach chairs, coolers, wagon, towels, etc). We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area.

Perfectly furnished and everything is of very high quality. Villa Cupio exceeded our expectations. Designed with great attention to detail, modernly equipped, and absolutely spotless. You immediately notice the emphasis on quality. We felt comfortable from the very first moment and would come back anytime.

Awesome place!! Great for boating!! We brought our 28 foot center console and had no issues docking in the back. Ramp close by where you can drop in. Over all great experience. The house was great for our family. Clean and just how it shows in the pictures. Will definitely visit again.

We spent a week at this house at the end of June. It was big enough that everyone had their own space. The house was very clean and the pool was wonderful. The fish weren’t biting, but we still had fun fishing. The house was equipped with bedding, towels, and all the necessary dishes. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

Our vacation at Villa Big Easy was fantastic! This was our 12th time in Cape Coral and the Big Easy is one of the most beautiful villas we have stayed in. It is extremely tasteful, modern and lovingly designed. We immediately realized a beautiful decoration idea at home. We particularly enjoyed the great outdoor shower in the master bathroom. A big compliment to Sonja and also Ben (manager). A perfect and fast service on site and also incredibly warm, thank you! We also found a phone call from the owners very nice. The handling via Intervillas went - as always - very well and smoothly.

We vacationed here for a week w/ all our adult kids and we all LOVED it! The house is very clean! The house is just like it shows in the pictures. The pool and hot tub were awesome! The fishing pier was great! There was so much room for everyone we didn't feel like we were on top of everyone. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Villa Solaris was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, the house was well equipped, and everything was spotless upon arrival. Sonja, the house manager, was excellent and very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We would rent this villa again in a heartbeat!

Villa Leonardo is very beautiful and well equipped. Due to the great weather, we made intensive use of the outdoor kitchen, pool and jacuzzi. The on-site support was uncomplicated. The boat rental was also to our complete satisfaction. Alex was very cooperative with our request to change boats during the rental period.

The place is very nice they do keep it well cleaned didn’t really have any problems I enjoyed it there an would definitely go back!

As a party of 9 adults this place was perfect! We had enough space and the pool/hot tub were amazing and just what we needed to cool off on a hot June day! The outdoor dining area was great as well. This place is located in a nice quiet private area which was great for walks/bike rides. One thing to note is that the kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens ever of all the airbnbs we’ve stayed at as far as pot/pans etc. I would definitely take my family (with kids next time) here again.

Home was beautiful and spotless. View was amazing from everywhere in the home. Provided amenities were also great. Outdoor pool and patio area with outdoor kitchen and bathroom was perfect and allowed you to spend the entire day outside enjoying the view and weather. Reto and his team were very responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend booking a stay here!

Perfect house and very well maintained. We appreciated that there were intact and working umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The spare gas bottle in the garage is also a plus. In general, the house is very well furnished and the dishes and bath towels are in good condition. Sonja gave us very good instructions and was always quick with answers.

The six of us really enjoyed our vacation at Villa Arte Vita. Jeannette Demmler took great care of us. The villa has everything you need for a carefree stay in the Florida sun. It’s also perfect for a boat trip - no locks involved.

My family needed peace, relaxation and calmness. Reto’s place gave us just that. The entire house was clean. We enjoyed each room having their own bathroom with fresh towels. The jacuzzi, pool and screened outdoor patio were well used. We did a 500 piece puzzle on the glass table with heavy top quality wicker patio furniture. This kept our daughters and granddaughter busy for 4 days In between getting in and out of the jacuzzi and pool. My husband and I lounged on the sofa chairs after getting out of the pool and jacuzzi. We needed a few days of this for RxR. All kitchen appliances were Bosh, top quality. In the evenings we watched Netflix movies or a favorite series the girls had wanted to see. I snuck off in the Master room to watch an old but favorite Netflix movie. The home offered a patio grill. Next time we might do steaks. But this time we ate out ever night. We did Jet Ski at Sunshine. Sam the owner was great. Nothing to do in Cape Coral. But we will return for Reto’s

This is the second time we have booked with Intervilla and we were thrilled again! Villa Cataleya completely convinced us and we had a great time there. The pool was fantastic for the kids and the jacuzzi was also used a lot. We were also impressed by the great equipment in the kitchen and the large rooms, each with a bathroom. We would love to come back and will recommend you to others!

We felt very comfortable in the “Villa Magic Summer” from the very first moment. The furnishings, cleanliness, location and, above all, the fantastic view were exactly like the photos. Especially the good and cordial care by Sonja rounded off the whole thing. She was always available to answer our questions and provide information, even at short notice. We would love to come back!

The villa was wonderful-inside and out. We liked the set up of two suites near pool and 2 bedrooms further back -great for napping children! The pool and lanai are extra large. Jeanette and Mike were readily available for any questions and very helpful. We had a wonderful time in Villa Leonardo!

We stayed for a week and it was the most peaceful getaway. The house is a dream. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in and we all talked about how well we slept all week. We loved the access to the channel via the canals and being able to fish off the docks. The home was amazingly well stocked for cooking in. It was easily one of the best trips we have had.

We can only report positive things: Everything was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The house itself, together with the pool, is truly a highlight. The entire pool area, the bathrooms, and all other rooms are very spacious and tastefully designed. We especially appreciated the modern, clean style of the furnishings. Often, vacation homes feel like a place for unwanted leftover furniture, resulting in a mismatched interior - but that is definitely not the case here. Everything, including the pool, was very clean and well maintained. The amenities leave absolutely nothing to be desired, and everything worked perfectly. We would also like to thank “Intervillas Florida” for the professional handling of the booking process and Jeanette for the wonderful local support. We will certainly book with you again - and most likely return to Villa Barefoot Oasis as well.

We stayed at Villa Manatee for 5 days with our three boys and really enjoyed our stay with the beautiful view of the lake. The house is large and equipped with everything you need. The large dock with seating and shade is super nice. Kayaks, bikes, pool/bathing equipment etc. for free use. The pool table was also great and of course the very large pool (there was plenty of space) with plenty of sun loungers. We would come again.

Super schöne Villa hat alles super geklappt. Außer mit dem Boot gab es leider einige Komplikationen Beziehungsweise wurde es viel zu spät geliefert und es gab kaum eine Rückmeldung vom Bootsverleih. Super nice villa, everything worked out great. Except with the boat there were unfortunately some complications or rather it was delivered much too late and there was hardly any feedback from the boat rental.

This property was a perfect place for a spring getaway from an Upper Michigan winter. The house is large, well-stocked and very clean. Everybody had their own personal space to relax in with plenty of gathering space, also. The very large lanai was, of course, the most widely used space. It was wonderful to be near the water again and the wildlife in the canal didn’t disappoint.

Great accommodation!!! The villa exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean and in top condition. We had a wonderful vacation. One small criticism was that the garage was not usable because the owner's car was parked there.

My husband and I have rented many homes, many of these in Cape Coral. This house stands out for quite a few reasons. Clearly the owners take a great deal of pride in their home. The furnishings, beds, and everything else is high quality. They have thought of everything to equip the kitchen for anything you might need. The lanai and pool are absolutely beautiful. Very large, open and a very peaceful place to relax. The management company is also wonderful. Very responsive, kind, and helpful. Pictures don’t do this home justice. We’re heading back to this house next year, and we can’t wait.

We would rent this home again in a heartbeat! Just a few minor corrections to the description to deserve a 5-star review. The photo of the sun is the early sunrise and it is beautiful, but if you think you're renting a sunset home, this is not it. If you are expecting to stay for a length of time and work remotely, it does not have a dedicated workspace. Yes, it has good wifi, but three bedrooms and no working surfaces or easy outlets to work off from the dining table or bar area. Lastly, it would have been nice if there were outdoor permanent chairs at the dock because it is very serene with the lake right behind the house. Most important, Reto's responsiveness along with his team was superb. I highly recommend this home and would love to stay again.

The property is beautiful. The pool area was like being at your own private resort. We spent everyday we did not go to the beach just hanging out at the pool. Dolphin water fountain as well as the fire table poolside. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. Cape Coral is very quiet with bike lanes throughout. Already rented the house for 2025!!

This was my first Airbnb stay, and it was the best experience for our family. This place is everything they said it was and great for families we had everything we need right there. We also rented the beautiful boat that was right on site that we spent a lot of time on. Reto was a great always responded very quickly when I had questions. Our checking was easy as well as the check out, we will definitely be returning for some more family fun. I can’t remember the ladies name that came to check the house, (sorry for that) she was great as well, she went over and above to letting us know we left a wallet and immediately called and is going to send it to us. This place was beautiful! The house was so spacious, clean and had everything we needed for the week. I personally loved the stainless steel pots and pans, wooden utensils, non plastic options for a non toxic cooking experience. The pool area was our favorite and had a beautiful view of the channel. The kayaks provided were fun. Everyone we spoke to about the property were nice and respectful, and also had quick responses. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Reto!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Victoria. The property is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. The highlight is definitely the pool and outdoor space. The hosts were very helpful at check in and answered all of our questions throughout the stay. Highly recommend renting a boat and making use of the dock as well!

We loved our stay at Barefoot Oasis. The house and property were beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, dishware, etc.. The linens and towels were abundant and the quality was top-of-the-line. The pool area was the best. Because the temperatures were a little bit low we did have the pool heated which allowed us to get in it every single day. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck, swimming in the pool during the day, and sitting by the fire pit at night watching TV. I would highly recommend this property. The property owners greeted us when we came and went over anything in the property that we needed to know.

The location is fabulous. The house and pool were great! Brand new house minutes over the Cape Coral bridge. Waterview was spectacular. Saw dolphins in the river right outside the patio!! We rented the boat and had several days cruising through the river and Gulf. We visit every year to see family and this was the best place we have ever stayed at in Cape Coral.

Our visit was wonder. Villa Starview was everything we needed. Great location, very clean and spacious. The view was awesome sunset spectacular. Wish the weather would have cooperated could have had less rain and warmer. Just a couple things we thought of, a solar blanket for the pool. So hard to keep warm when nights were so cool, a couple chairs down on the dock. These are minor, but a nice touch. Everything was good. Mike and Jeannette are the sweetest and very personable. We did have to cut are visit short due to our unexpected news of the passing of my sister. I know for sure I will keep Villa Starview on the top of my list. Thank you!

We had a great week at Villa Cataleya. As always, everything worked out great with the property management. The house is very nicely furnished and everything you need is available. Due to the southern exposure, you have sun all day or shade if you want. The houses from Intervalls have all been a dream so far.

Very beautiful and well-maintained house. The house is oriented in such a way that you can enjoy fantastic sunrises. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back.

We have enjoyed the month of Feb in SW Cape Coral for the past 8 yrs. Our month in Villa Sunset Breeze was a 10! The home has FOUR bedrooms and THREE of them suites. We have high standards when renting this this Villa met them all. The location was quick to get supplies, shopping and sightseeing. The neighborhood was lovely as we walked the dog each morning. Our check in and check out went well. We would rent this Villa for 2025 if it was available (and it isn't).

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Cayman in Cape Coral. The home was comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time. The absolute highlight was the stunning pool and spa area - perfect for unwinding both during the day and in the evening. We would definitely love to return!

We are regular clients of Intervillas and have always found the properties to be of a high standard, with booking and check-in/check-out services handled efficiently and professionally. Overall, another great experience at Villa Edgewater. Our only observation is that the property prices do seem to increase steadily year after year.

The house was amazing - the south facing pool and spa was optimal. We enjoyed the open layout of the house and found that it was well equipped with everything you needed.

The pictures and descriptions truly do not do Villa Malibu justice! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate, bright, and welcoming the home felt. Every space was beautifully maintained and created the perfect relaxing atmosphere for our stay. We especially loved spending time in the pool and hot tub, and there was no shortage of great restaurants, beaches, and activities nearby. Villa Malibu exceeded all of our expectations, and we would absolutely love to return!

Top location right on the river with stunning views and a constant refreshing breeze. The villa was excellently equipped - nothing was missing! Marybeth and Bryan from Kalani Vacation Services, along with their entire team, were absolutely wonderful. We would gladly come back again!

Everything in this house is as described on the website. Great house, spacious, modern, everything available in the kitchen, 4 bicycles were available, pool and SPA great, location brilliant; very quiet location, with pleasure again!

Villa Cayman is the most beautiful house we have ever rented in Florida. With its high-ceilinged rooms and well-kept furnishings, the villa offers a feeling of great clarity and a free ambience. The real paintings on the walls were of a particularly high quality, which on the one hand completely suited our taste and on the other hand differed pleasantly from DIY store art prints with flamingos and dolphins in front of a sunset. The master bathroom lacks nothing. The shower is large and, above all, has the hand-held shower head that is so important for us Europeans in addition to the permanently installed shower head. The kitchen and dining area are also very spacious. The Cerran hob has enough plates to cook a whole meal if you want to. The pool is a dream just to look at. We didn't use it as we had El Niño as a guest and it was too cold for us. But sitting outside and eating or reading in this beautiful setting was an added bonus. The view of the canal is also wonderful. The villa is situated so that both sunrise and sunset can be observed.

The house is very nice and well equipped. The terrace has plenty of space and privacy. Due to the weather we only used the spa (Christmas) and that was perfect thanks to the size. The on-site support and the handling with Intervillas was great as always. The next bookings have already been made.

5 Stars! We had a wonderful time at Villa Royal's Paradise. Home was beautiful and immaculate. We've stayed at many homes over the years, however we've never had a home that was so well stocked. There was nothing that we needed that was not in the home for us to use. We will definitely be using Intervillas again with hopes of coming back to Villa Royal's Paradise!

We enjoyed Villa Leonardo very much, we spent 3 wonderful weeks here. Very modern and large living spaces, everything very clean and a very nice outdoor area. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely book the villa again.

We spent 5 weeks at Villa Manatee and would have stayed even longer. Top equipped! Spacious outdoor area and we saw manatees and dolphins almost every day. South facing on the lake with fantastic views is perfect and the pool is great for swimming. In the evening a drink at one of the fire pits - what more could you want for a successful vacation. The on-site support from Marybeth and Reto from Intervillas was simply the best! Our stay was just wow 🤩 anytime again!

The house is absolutely excellent and overall fully met our expectations. Only a few minor issues slightly affected the overall impression, in particular some exterior lights that were not working properly and ideally should have been checked and resolved prior to arrival. Sonja was a very friendly and consistently helpful property manager. Reto also proved to be a highly competent and reliable point of contact.

It was our 3rd stay in this beautiful, well-equipped villa and we really enjoyed it again. It's nice that there are now cushions for the loungers by the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa in a prime location and can highly recommend it. The rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished, and the master bathroom is especially stunning. The outdoor area also offers plenty of space to relax, with a comfortable seating area, a large bar, grill, and dining area. Everything is very clean and well maintained, and Mike from the management team does an excellent job. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Villa Pure Balance leaves nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable for 2 weeks in this modern and spacious house. The equipment is extensive and the spacious lanai and pool area are a dream. The location is 1a, you have after the bridge to Cape Coral no long drive and all stores for daily needs or the well-known restaurants are just around the corner and also for boating you would be quickly at the river. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and due to the dead end location you have no unnecessary traffic. The villa was very clean upon arrival and the onsite management with Adam Oliver did a good job of showing us around. A small problem with the pool pump during our stay was fixed at short notice. Also the handling by Intervillas was always quick, friendly and in our sense - so everything professional. The billing of utilities (electricity) / refund of the deposit took place shortly after return and was within the expected range. We can highly recommend Intervillas and Villa Pure Balance in particular.

We stayed for 14 nights at Villa Magic Summer. This is the third time we have booked with Intervillas and this time we felt very comfortable. The villa is clean, tastefully decorated and corresponds exactly to the pictures on the Internet. The organization of Intervillas as well as the management on site was impeccable.

The pool area invites you to linger and was also used extensively by us. The on-site support from Adam was very pleasant even though we only saw him on the day of arrival and departure. Villa Big Easy is an absolute dream home. We felt right at home from the very first moment and thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in this wonderful house. A heartfelt thank you to the Jülicher family for renting out their home and even calling to check if everything was to our satisfaction. Sonja’s on-site support was very warm, and she was always available to answer all our questions and address our concerns. For a brief moment, it looked like a hurricane was heading our way, but even then, Sonja kept us informed about the situation at all times, and Mrs. Jülicher also took very good care of us. We’ve booked several homes through Intervilla before, but the Big Easy, Sonja, and Mrs. Jülicher have surpassed them all. We’re already planning for next year and will be booking the Big Easy again. Villa da Vinci is a magnificent home; each room, complete with its own bathroom, has its own unique character and is fully equipped. The kitchen was no exception—nothing was missing, and everything was spotless. The very large pool with a hot tub also played a big part in ensuring we had a wonderful time. Jeanette and Mike’s hospitality exceeded all expectations; they are very kind, cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Reto’s beautiful home. It is an absolutely amazing home with too many amenities to mention. It looks just like it does in the pictures. Stunning!! We didn’t hardly leave the place, as the pool and outdoor area were simply amazing. This place was absolutely perfect!! The home had everything you could need and more. Reto was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. He also has a property manager, Bernie, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We hated to leave this wonderful piece of heaven. We will be back!

The villa is very beautiful and offers a high level of comfort. Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke down for a few days during our stay, but everyone involved made every effort to resolve the problem. Sadly, the replacement part was not immediately available. The amazing kitchen could be complemented with a few additional utensils – red wine glasses, for example :-) We had a wonderful time with our children and would love to come back again. Also, a big compliment to Intervillas and our local support team! Thank you very much.

Villa Malibu – our stay in this beautifully decorated villa was absolutely wonderful. We fell head over heels in love with it within three minutes. We were greeted by smooth jazz playing in the background and immediately felt as if we had come home. The interior design was stunning, with such attention to detail. We wanted for nothing. It was our first trip to the U.S., and this villa was the absolute highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, we had to leave the villa with tears in our eyes after a week, but we will definitely be back. We would love to give it 7 stars, but unfortunately that’s not possible :-) A huge shout-out also to Petra, who took excellent care of us during our stay - we’d love to see her again anytime. A very spacious, modern villa with everything you need. Beautiful view of the river. Great location near the marina and the beach. It’s a shame we weren’t informed about the boat dock repairs (the noise caused by driving the posts into the water).

We were allowed to spend our vacation as a family in July/August 2023 again with Intervillas in Florida, this time in the Villa Spreader Pearl. It was just fantastic, everything worked out and again (like last year) a special thanks to Reto Pavoni from Intervillas, who was always available for any questions. Also a big thank you to Mike, who was immediately available for inquiries. I can only write positive things about the villa. Large house, everything available and if something was missing, the request could even be made through the owner, who then ordered 2 days later even new pans and delivered, great service and thanks. We can only recommend bookings through Intervillas. It was already the 2x, and certainly not the last booking through Intervillas. The service is very important to us, and this is true at Intervillas to 110%.

This great house looks just like the photos, even better, everything was excellent. We felt at home from the start, even though our house was not quite as big. The kitchen, a dream also the separate master suite room with walk in closet for the wife, the great shower and the free standing bathtub. The pool with the new cage and the outdoor area was super. This house, keep coming back. I thank L.W. for the tip with Intervillas. It was more than 100% worth it to take a week. The Highligt was of course for us the pool table, where we played every day a few rounds. We miss it now... ;-)

Strictly speaking, Villa The Diamond deserves a solid 5-star rating, but unfortunately, the hurricane last September left its mark, and not all of the damage had been repaired by the time of our stay. As a result, we weren’t able to fully enjoy certain amenities at this wonderful villa.

Me and my wife would like to take a moment to make a review about our stay at Villa Manatee. We have been visiting CapeCoral for 5 years and so far this is the best property we rented from Airbnb. The house is a dream, super clean, confortable, full equipped with everything you need. My kinds enjoyed the huge pool and the fire pit . Also we love the dock and you could see the sunset 🌅. We wanted to thank specially Bryan Williams and Maribeth (Management for Villa Manatee). They welcomed us from the moment we arrived. They took their time to share with us all the places and amenities we could visit helping us saving time to enjoy more. We really appreciate their hospitality and great energy 🙏. “Thank you so much for this awesome vacation “. We are definitely coming back soon. This house exceeded our expectations 💯 %. 10/10 definitely would stay here again! The house and pool area are absolutely gorgeous! The pool was crystal clear and clean as could be! The house was super clean and well stocked with pots, pans and everything you need to cook a good meal. Conveniently located less than 2 minutes from a publixs! (Grocery store). There is room to dock a boat (we had a 21ft center consol) the fishing was great right off the dock as well. We caught mangrove snapper, drum, snook, lady fish and cat fish from the dock with shrimp. All in all it was an excellent place for a vacation and communicating with the hosts was a breeze as well!

The six of us had a wonderful vacation at Villa Hemingway by the Beach. The house is absolutely top-notch and has everything you could possibly need. You can tell that the owners have created a great atmosphere with great attention to detail. The on-site support from Talisa was also very pleasant. Once the boat dock/lift is available again, everything will be perfect. The location is fantastic - we saw lots of dolphins every day right in front of the house and out on the ocean. We were able to dock our boat nearby. The boat rental company was also very accommodating - thanks, Alex. If we ever come back to Florida/Cape Coral, we’ll definitely stay at this house again.

Reto's home was just what we needed for a quiet get-a-way! We fled the Keys to avoid the 4th of July chaos. Cape Coral was nice and quiet. The house offered all of the amenities we could possibly need and was very nicely decorated. The pictures do not due it justice. The pool was a relaxing atmosphere both day and night. We grilled nightly at the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed dining outside as well. The home was pet friendly which is what our main search was for that lead us to Reto's home. We definitely will refer all of our friends looking to get away to the gulf coast area.

We felt comfortable from the 1st moment and were very happy that the day before our arrival the new cage could be completed. Also the care by Mike was very accommodating and professional!

Full disclosure, our stay started with a hiccup, but the property management team stepped in immediately and rectified the situation. The communication was excellent from start to finish. This is the third time we’ve rented a house in Cape Coral through Intervillas. Once again, everything went perfectly—from the booking and Intervillas’ initial contact all the way through to the handover of the villa. A big thank you to Jeannette! The house is beautiful, with very modern and European-style furnishings. The amenities leave nothing to be desired; it has everything you could need. The three bathrooms are top-notch and equipped with Hansgrohe fixtures (which, as a plumber, I’m particularly happy about :-). We were also very impressed by the cleanliness in and around the house. We almost felt a little bit at home. Our conclusion after the unfortunately far too short 5 days: We’ll be back, and we’ll definitely stay longer! Villa Cataleya: Home away from home.

The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Spreader Pearl in Cape Coral. The property offered a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect setting for a memorable holiday together. Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Montclaire. It has everything you could need: a phone, internet, TVs, an outdoor grill, and more. Since the first week was rather chilly, we were happy to be able to enjoy the heated pool. The proximity to downtown and the waterfront is unbeatable. We’ll be back.

Absolutely splendid property complete with anything and everything you could ever want or need. Wonderful for entertaining or simply enjoying a quiet day by the serenity pool and canal. Management and owners were outstanding. Incredibly responsive, at anytime. Love, love, love this place. Planned returns already scheduled.

Our holiday was a four+. Beautiful weather, spent a lot of time in the lanai. The set up of the home is perfect. Lots of room for our own extended family. We enjoyed seeing the Burrowing owls and the neighbourhood is very friendly. Lots of room for groceries and the pool was well tended. There were a few issues that we brought to the property managers attention. The clothes dryer was plugged with lint. We removed the hose and we filled a grocery bag of hardened lint in it. It smelled as if the unit was overheating. No one came to assess it while we were there. The tarps were not protecting the roof. One section was half off and draping over the front door. The insurance inspector indicated that it needed to be refastened when he spoke to us. The handle was off the microwave.. we ended up putting duct tape on the right bottom corner creating a handle and that did work well. The bedding in particular the children’s room.. is so cute… unfortunately the sheets are very nubby and the boys preferred to lay on top of the comforter with a sheet from the closet. We understand the difficulties this area was facing with the hurricane damage and now it’s busy getting things put back together. It was encouraging seeing new roofs going up every day. Despite these things.. we had a very positive and fun time with our family and friends.

The service was perfect. The house was beautiful. We had a super great vacation. Mike, the property manager solved our problems right away. Reto was perfect. Do not change nothing. if opportunity arises, we would love to rent that house again.

Our stay was wonderful. It’s hard to find a place that is kid friendly but nice enough where adults feel a level of luxury too. Huge kitchen and open indoor/outdoor living space. Shallow area of the pool was such a nice bonus for little ones. Really didn’t feel the need to leave much, everything we needed was there and made it enjoyable to cook at home! The neighborhood is private and peaceful with grocery store and other places in walking or short driving distance.

The location was amazing. The house was clean and stocked with all the needs for family living. Enjoyed the property so much we rarely left the pool area. The outdoor space was gorgeous and huge to accommodate our entire family. It was our first family vacation and the property made it a success. Will definitely stay here again

A brand-new home, ultra-modern and wonderfully equipped! The shower is absolutely amazing, the spacious pool deck offers plenty of room to relax, and there is also a great large grill available. We were two families (5 people) staying at Villa Sunset Breeze. It is a beautiful villa, very tastefully decorated. The facilities were perfect, we had everything we needed - except for the cage. Unfortunately, it was destroyed by the hurricane. We were therefore provided with alternatives for “mosquito control” on the terrace. Of course, we understood this – but unfortunately the sea bugs didn't ;-) I would like to thank Reto for his kind support, and we would also like to thank the house sitter Mike for his very friendly care! See you again next year.

The home exceeded our expectations in many ways. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable with a lovely view! We enjoyed the decor, comfort of the furnishings, the incredibly well stocked kitchen, the cleanliness, the quiet (somewhat private) location, and most of all the pool and jacuzzi and lanai.. the only thing missing from the kitchen is a couple martini glasses and a salad spinner. We also appreciated the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. We are looking forward to our visit next year which we already booked! The staff was extremely responsive.

We spent a week in Villa South using it as a base as we explored the area. We loved the pool area and spent more time enjoying this outdoor space than planned. We loved how the home opened to this outdoor space so readily. The ability to watch both sunrise and sunsets added to the experience. All communication leading up to our stay was timely and complete. Whereas beach time was harder than expected to find, the beach chairs/umbrella/wagon was very helpful. We love to cook in and found the kitchen to otherwise be well stocked. We had a terrific winter escape. Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Villa South und nutzten sie als Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir liebten den Poolbereich und verbrachten mehr Zeit als geplant damit, diesen Außenbereich zu genießen. Wir fanden es toll, wie offen das Haus zu diesem Außenbereich war. Die Möglichkeit, sowohl Sonnenaufgänge als auch Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten, trug zu diesem Erlebnis bei. Die gesamte Kommunikation im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthalts war zeitnah und vollständig. Während es schwieriger als erwartet war, Zeit für den Strand zu finden, waren die Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und der Strandwagen sehr hilfreich. Wir kochen gerne und fanden die Küche ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen tollen Winterurlaub.

The place was fabulous, amazing pool and hot tub...very nice!

Wonderful! My husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and their 3 children spent a week at Villa Vita Arte and it was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone. The grandkids loved the large pool and spa.

We felt lucky that the property damage caused by IAN was fixed prior to our stay. The rental was in prime shape for us to enjoy. We loved having the screened outdoor living space. We took advantage of the beautiful pool, grilling space, lounge & dining areas and delighted in the stunning lake views. This rental felt like HOME very quickly. We'd definitely rent this property again.

Reto handled the check in process very well. Overall, we enjoyed the house, it was equipped well, comfortable, and we enjoyed the area where the house was located.

House was exactly as pictured! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The living room could use more light (dim for reading) and more seating. But, most our visit was spent outside! My husband really enjoyed the cabal dock - fishing and feeding ducks, turtles, etc! Petra, house manager, was very friendly! Check-in and out went very smoothly!!

We loved this place! We loved the big infinity pool and the fact that we could heat it to our liking. I was able to swim nearly every day. The place was large and spacious. There were plenty of pool towels and blankets. The view was breath taking from the pool, both in the morning and at sunset. The neighbors were very friendly, and we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. I became a burrowing owl watcher. It was a highlight of my day to see the little owls coming out of their holes. The house is also near a park, mangroves, and the Weston. It is a very convenient location. Overall the house was beautifully decorated throughout! It was one of the best houses we have ever rented!

Oh my - you truly can’t go wrong with Villa Laguna. From beginning to end, this was an absolutely wonderful experience. Communication with Reto, as well as Bryan and Marybeth, was excellent throughout our stay. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with a spacious split-floor plan and soaring ceilings. One of our favorite features was the wall of sliding glass doors that opened completely, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor Florida living experience. I’m usually not much of a pool person, but even I couldn’t resist the warm, chlorine-free pool. The villa is exceptionally well equipped with high-quality furnishings, kitchenware, and plenty of extras that made us feel genuinely cared for as guests. Overall, Villa Laguna offers an atmosphere that is incredibly relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming. In February 2023, some homes in the neighborhood were still undergoing hurricane repairs, but it was never disruptive. The residential area felt very safe and peaceful. Repairs on this home had already been completed, although the dock was still damaged and not yet usable at the time of our visit. Another huge plus is the location - there are so many great restaurants and fun bars nearby, all within less than a 5-minute drive (and even walkable if you enjoy strolling). Fish Tales Grill and Jungle Bird Tiki quickly became our favorites. We would absolutely rent this home again and highly recommend Villa Laguna to friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing getaway!

Great house, great amenities on-site. Fantastic support from our host Mike. We had no trouble renting a nice little boat and got lots of tips from him. The house is very clean and has a state-of-the-art sound system. The pool and hot tub were easy to heat, and the toilets are equipped with German technology (we’re not really fans of American toilets :-))!

Very beautiful and well-maintained house. The support from Ms. Ludy was also very pleasant and extremely friendly. We felt completely comfortable and will gladly come back again!

After several vacations in CC, this house was one of the best! Brand-new, modern, and superbly equipped. When the whole family is taking photos of every room with sparkling eyes before we’ve even unpacked our suitcases, it must be beautiful. The master bathroom speaks for itself: luxurious, extravagant, and lavishly spacious - exactly what we love about the U.S.! That feeling carries through the entire house. The second (poolside) bathroom was also very important to us. It features a large walk-in shower instead of the typical shower tray with a flimsy curtain. That made the rest of the family happy, too. The pool deck offers plenty of space for lounge chairs and a ping-pong table and faces west, which was perfect for January. The kitchen amenities and appliances are also above the standard of other houses. (Tip: the Nespresso machine only takes the new Vertuo capsules.) The location was ideal for us non-boaters - quiet and, typical of CC, with everything within a 5-7 minute reach. Fortunately, there wasn’t much activity at the construction site next door, but the house will be finished eventually. There was also no sign of storm damage from Ian. The screen is (once again) intact. We would like to once again express our sincere thanks to the property managers, Mike and Jeannette! Their direct communication was very friendly and reliable. Our minor issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. You’d be hard-pressed to find service like this on the other side of the Atlantic, and even among CC managers, these two really stood out to us. We’d also like to thank the family who owns the property for letting us make their home our own for a few weeks. We’ll definitely be back, and if you ever decide to sell, please let us know!

We were completely satisfied. We were very well looked after before, during and after the trip. The villa Ambiente was as in the pictures, here and there you can see that it is certainly not a new house but that is absolutely fine. For the smallest is well taken care of which was very important to us from high chair to travel cot to buggy, pool fence and a variety of toys. We also found the location perfect.

We had wonderful days in the Hemingway in a beautiful house! The service of Intervillas on site is great, hardly had it addressed the "problem" was solved in no time! The bookable cleaning, Heike and her husband, have worked quickly and efficiently clean - all in all a really great vacation we spent in the house!

Villa Malibu is very nicely furnished, we have rarely slept so well, means the bed is perfect. The location is also very good. The booking through Intervillas is top professional and very easy. Also the care on site by the Ludy family is very good. We will be happy to come back again !!!

This was our seventh visit to Cape Coral, our first time at the Spreader Pearl Villa—and certainly not our last: We felt completely at home and comfortable from the very first moment. Despite its size, the house feels very cozy and impresses with its high-quality, well-thought-out amenities. The outdoor area, with its additional balconies, large dock, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen, offers everything you need, even for larger families. By boat, it takes maybe 10 minutes to pass through the former lock, and then you have every opportunity to explore the Gulf of Mexico. The only downside: eventually, the flight home always comes around. Since our friends have unfortunately just sold their beautiful house in Cape Coral, we’re certainly glad we discovered and tried out Villa Spreader Pearl. All in all, it’s our perfect vacation spot so far. A huge thank you to the G. family for rebuilding the cage so quickly after Hurricane Ian! Beautiful, spacious villa with excellent on-site service and support from Intervillas. The nearest Publix is a 2-minute drive away. The Sonos sound system in every room is a must-have for enjoying a sundowner in the lounge. Whether you prefer Nespresso or Nespresso Vertuo, along with the milk frother, no coffee wish goes unfulfilled, and tea lovers are well catered for too. Great tableware, glasses for wine, champagne, and long drinks, as well as decent cutlery, are provided. Even cooking on the induction stove in the superbly equipped kitchen was fun on vacation. A great grill is integrated into the outdoor kitchen, where lobster, steak, and mussels were prepared for a lovely BBQ evening. The large pool was perfect for swimming laps, and ending the evening in the hot tub was fantastic. We’d love to come back!

Wir mieten schon seit mehreren Jahren Villen von Intervillas und können uns keine bessere Vermietungsgesellschaft vorstellen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Die Betreuung Vorort durch Antonella könnte nicht besser sein. Die Villa Montclaire war bisher die beste Villa, die wir gemietet haben. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist sehr Geschmackvoll und es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Reto and his team was very kind, any questions i had they were one call or text away. The place was awesome and i would book it again if i'm back in the area and it's available.

This was our second stay at the beautiful Villa The View, and we felt right at home again. The house is very well-maintained and clean, the decor is tasteful, and the view of the lake and the sunsets is simply amazing. Antonella’s hospitality was so pleasant and kind. Our minor issues were resolved immediately. So why only 4 stars? Due to a broken screen in the cage, we could barely use the terrace during the first 10 days after dusk because, despite using spray, we were literally swarmed by mosquitoes and got bitten all over. Only after the repair were we able to enjoy the evenings on the beautiful terrace. Our next vacation at Villa The View is already booked.

We have been travelling to Cape Coral for around 20 years, and Villa Solaris at the Lake is definitely one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in. The stylish interior, the fantastic location, and the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen all exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were absolutely delighted with the property. If available, we would be very happy to rent a comparable home again in November 2023.

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Venezia. Great location, very well-equipped, and everything looked beautiful and well-maintained. Restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities are nearby. Wir können die Villa Cayman zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Auch waren wir sehr zufrieden mit InterVillas. Die Kommunikation trotz der erschwerten Hurrikan Bedingungen, war zu jederzeit möglich. EN: Villa Cayman is a beautiful vacation villa. We felt very comfortable there from the beginning. It is lovingly furnished and was in a super clean condition. Unfortunately, Hurricane Ian hit us and we had to leave early. Even then we noticed positively that the Villa Cayman is absolutely storm safe. We can recommend Villa Cayman 100 percent. We were also very satisfied with InterVillas. The communication despite the difficult hurricane conditions, was possible at any time.

Everything you need and more. Clean, spacious with great pool. We had a ones in a lifetime experience with hurricane ian but the house stood firm. It’s a very beautiful house with an outdoor friendly pool and patio area. When we wanted to spend time inside the house we didn’t have any problem to feel comfortable. It was just perfect!!! We are totally thrilled by Villa The Diamond and the surroundings and still totally inspired by the encounters with the house dolphins. Abends saßen wir gerne draußen an der Feuerstelle die mit einem Click per Fernbedienung funktioniert hat. Wenn man mal eine ruhige Minute gebraucht hat, konnte jeder Besucher im Zimmer auf seine Lieblingsfilme auf Netflix, Hulu, Disney + etc. zugreifen. EN: Villa The Magnificence made our vacation this year a true dream vacation! We were very pleased with the facilities and the great view of the water. Our personal highlight was the surround system throughout the house. This allowed us to hear our favorite songs in all rooms. In the evenings we loved sitting outside by the fireplace which worked with a click of a remote control. If you ever needed a quiet minute, everyone in the room could access their favorite movies on Netflix, Hulu, Disney + etc. We can highly recommend this accommodation to any family/travel group. We would like to thank you again and will be happy to come back!

Very beautiful, new, and modern house in a great location. The furnishings and amenities are high-quality and tastefully designed – everything has truly been thought of. A special mention goes to the German-speaking property managers, who were very friendly, helpful, and always eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house leaves nothing to be desired, and we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. We would definitely come back anytime.

Everything is there and of very high quality - including interesting books. The location is also perfect. The view of the water and the passing boats are just great. We were even lucky enough to see two dolphins in the channel. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful vacation in this amazing villa. The villa was decorated with great care and had everything we needed; we especially appreciated the Nespresso machine, and there were even capsules provided. When we arrived in the middle of the night, the house was warmly lit, and there was water and wine in the fridge - it was wonderful! The next day, Antonella gave us a great orientation and shared some other tips for our vacation. Thank you so much again. We had also rented a boat for 4 days, and since the weather wasn’t great on the days we were supposed to rent it, we were able to reschedule everything without any hassle. Many thanks to Geri.
