Four bedrooms (all equipped with TV, Sonos system, and electric blinds) and three elegant bathrooms offer the highest level of comfort. The master suite additionally features pool access, a king-size bed, and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, bar, and large dining space invites you to enjoy memorable evenings together. A Nespresso machine completes the culinary experience.
Outside, a true highlight awaits: a large heated pool with hot tub, an exclusive outdoor kitchen with granite bar, and a fully screened lanai with sun loungers – perfect for relaxing.
A special experience is the direct canal access to the Gulf of Mexico – with a bit of luck, you may be accompanied by dolphins and manatees.
