Welcome to Villa Serenity – a warm and inviting waterfront home in a peaceful southwest Cape Coral location, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac. A place where comfort, nature, and relaxed Florida living come together.
From here, you enjoy quick Gulf access: just minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River and around 30 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful barrier islands with white sandy beaches.
At the same time, everything is close by – restaurants, shops, cafés, the Cape Coral Yacht Club, Tarpon Point Marina, and several golf courses are all just a short drive away.
Recently renovated in 2017, the villa is designed for easy, comfortable living with a welcoming, homey atmosphere.
The bright living area offers a cosy seating space, Smart TV with Apple TV, Sonos sound system, and high-speed WiFi throughout the home. A billiard table adds relaxed entertainment for evenings with family or friends.
The open kitchen and dining area connects seamlessly to the living space and opens up to beautiful views of the pool and canal.
The villa features three comfortable bedrooms (two with TV and terrace access) and two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Outside, your private oasis awaits:
- Heated 12 x 24 ft saltwater pool (chlorine-free)
- Lounge and dining areas for relaxed outdoor living

Extras include a Nespresso coffee machine, beach chairs, beach towels, high-speed WiFi, and a kayak for guest use (at own risk).
You will be personally supported by our German- and English-speaking property management team.
Villa Serenity is a non-smoking home (outdoor smoking allowed). Pets are not permitted due to allergy considerations.

Die Buchungsabwicklung und Betreuung haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das gilt auch für die Betreuung von Jeannette und Mike. Grosses Lob! Die „Villa Serenity“ war toll, wir würden nur in das Haus wiederkommen wollen. Alles war phantastisch! So haben wir die Baustelle nebenan und das oft schlechte Wetter gut überstanden.
