We absolutely loved our house. It was clean and inviting. The location was key. We loved being on the river and fishing off the dock. We caught A LOT of fish there. Fishing off the dock only did not require a license. We were disappointed the Tiki Bar was gone - it burned up during the remodel after the hurricane. But, the only beach in Cape Coral was right there! We were close to the “cool” part of Cape Coral. We felt like our own little microcosm. The pool was nice and deep! The house had floaties for the pool, random fishing equipment, and bicycles. The photos do make the house appear more spacious than it is, but that wasn’t an issue for us - just something we noticed. We are already discussing when we will come back to this same house.
