Villa Edgewater is located in the highly desirable southwest of Cape Coral, in a quiet and well-maintained residential neighborhood close to the Spreader Canal. Restaurants, a Publix supermarket, and Cape Coral Parkway West are just a few minutes away.
The villa offers 4 bedrooms and is designed for up to 6 guests as standard. Occupancy of 7 or 8 guests is available only upon request and prior approval.

The modern Florida-style living area features a comfortable seating lounge and flows into the fully equipped open kitchen (including ice maker, blender, popcorn machine, and more).
A separate office space is available for guests who need to work during their stay.
Bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed:

A highlight is the private dock right at the water – ideal for sunset drinks and relaxing moments.

I can't say enough about Reto and this amazing home!! We're from Michigan and our family has stayed in Cape Coral before, but this house was seriously TOP NOTCH. Dead end street of a GREAT neighborhood, super modern and clean, and the pool and hot tub were AMAZING!! Every kitchen amenity you could think of, and plenty of beach AND bath towels. The house literally looked just like the pictures (and if you've airbnb'd often enough you know that's not always the case) and even had a really nice office if you needed to get some work done. Beds were clean, comfortable, and having two "suites" with attached baths was perfect for us. Communication with Reto was great, and he made sure we felt prepared even tho we didn't need much bc check in was so easy. Nothing negative to say at all and we will DEF be renting from Reto again when we're in Florida!! 🥳🥳

Me and my family (including our son of 2 years old) had the most amazing 2 weeks in this lovely villa. It looked like the pictures and was super clean. The pool was’t warm in the beginning but host Reto helped us fix that immediately and we especially loved the warm jacuzzi in the colder evenings. The only minus was the sofa (a little small for 6 people) but other than that it was a 10/10 experience! Reto really was a great host! We would love to go back.
