The villa is primarily reserved for adult guests; children are welcome from the age of 12.
Set on a generous approx. 1,400 m² waterfront plot, Villa Splendid enjoys a highly desirable south-facing exposure, ensuring all-day sunshine across the expansive lanai and outdoor living areas.

We stayed at this house in Cape Coral over New Year’s and really enjoyed our time there. The house was clean, comfortable, and just as it looked in the photos. Everything we needed was there, and it was easy to settle in right away. The pool and hot tub were a highlight - both were beautiful and well maintained, and we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying them. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to stores and restaurants, which made things very convenient. Reto was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great place to spend the New Year. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again!

While planning our trip, we very quickly decided on Villa Splendid... and we were absolutely right with our choice! The condition of the house is top, it is modern and extremely tastefully furnished (the pictures are not deceptive). The beautiful location guarantees peace and quiet as well as sun from morning to night. The support during the planning phase by Reto Pavoni and on arrival in Cape Coral by Jeannette was excellent. We will gladly come again!
