The spacious open-plan living and dining area features a modern, elegant design with carefully coordinated colors and high-quality furnishings. A comfortable sofa and a stylish lounge chair invite you to relax, while the iconic Artemide lighting creates a warm and sophisticated atmosphere.

All rooms are equipped with the latest Samsung TVs, including Samsung Streaming Plus as well as integrated Apple TV+ and Hulu for your entertainment.

The fully equipped designer kitchen offers everything you need for convenient and enjoyable cooking. A Nespresso coffee machine is available (please bring your preferred capsules). Breakfast can be enjoyed at the kitchen bar, while the elegant dining table for six is perfect for memorable dinners. A premium Sonos sound system provides music throughout the villa and outdoor areas, with individual speakers in each room for a personalized experience.

The outdoor area is designed for pure relaxation and enjoyment. Premium Dedon lounge furniture invites you to unwind, while you enjoy a glass of wine and unforgettable sunsets. The infinity pool and whirlpool offer ultimate comfort and relaxation. The pool is heated via a modern heat pump, allowing year-round use, and is operated with a gentle saltwater system for a particularly skin-friendly experience.

Ceiling fans ensure a pleasant breeze during warmer months. The outdoor dining area with seating for six and a gas grill is perfect for social evenings under the stars.

For active guests, a stand-up paddleboard and a kayak are available to explore the peaceful lakes and canals. With a bit of luck, you may even spot manatees, flying fish, or dolphins along the way.

The villa is equipped with modern, energy-efficient technology, including low-E glass and LED lighting throughout the property.

A boat can optionally be rented (highly recommended). The dock is reserved exclusively for our boats. Please note that the boat lift is not available, as it is permanently used by the homeowner’s boat.

A private garage parking space is also available for your convenience.
