The recently renovated and refurnished Villa Malibu is situated on a peaceful freshwater canal in a quiet neighbourhood in the northeast of Cape Coral. Restaurants, cafés and shops at Del Prado Blvd and Pine Island Road are within a short distance.
Enjoy the sunrise while having breakfast on the patio, relax in the heated pool with whirlpool, try your luck at angling in the canal and end the day with a BBQ in the palmfenced garden.
Four bedrooms (two with king size bed, one with queen size bed, one with single bed) can sleep up to six people comfortably. One bathroom consists of a double vanity, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet, the second bathroom of a double vanity, a bathtub with shower and a toilet.
Relax on the L-shaped sofa in the open-plan living/dining area which can accommodate six people, or cook up a storm in the fully equipped , modern kitchen where four people can also have breakfast at the breakfast bar.
Villa Malibu is fully air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans in the living and bedrooms as well as on the covered Lanai.

Villa Malibu exceeded all of our expectations. The home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and looked exactly like the photos - if anything, it was even better in person. House is as pictured. Very clean. Linens, bathroom and beach towels high quality. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, everything was new or newer. Inside and outside furniture very comfortable and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. The heated pool and attached heated whirlpool were great during our stay with cooler weather. Outside seating by the peaceful flowing canal was great to watch the sunsets. Reto is very responsive, he went beyond checking in letting us know we could check in early if we chose to, and was very friendly and helpful. We would stay at this comfortable, welcoming home in the future!
