We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at Villa Spreader Pearl in Cape Coral. The accommodation was perfect in every way: very clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. We were particularly impressed by the quiet waterfront location, which creates a relaxed yet exclusive atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room for families or groups. The outdoor area with a pool and seating is also a real highlight and invites you to linger. All in all, a dream stay that left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back.

We were allowed to spend our vacation as a family in July/August 2023 again with Intervillas in Florida, this time in the Villa Spreader Pearl. It was just fantastic, everything worked out and again (like last year) a special thanks to Reto Pavoni from Intervillas, who was always available for any questions. Also a big thank you to Mike, who was immediately available for inquiries. I can only write positive things about the villa. Large house, everything available and if something was missing, the request could even be made through the owner, who then ordered 2 days later even new pans and delivered, great service and thanks. We can only recommend bookings through Intervillas. It was already the 2x, and certainly not the last booking through Intervillas. The service is very important to us, and this is true at Intervillas to 110%.
