IMPORTANT: Construction of a new house will begin on the property next to Villa Laguna in early April 2026. During the construction phase, temporary construction noise is expected through August 2026.

The pool is operated using a modern, skin-friendly saltwater system instead of chlorine - an excellent choice, especially for guests with sensitivities. The water feels soft and pleasant, never overly salty.
From the covered lanai, you can enjoy sweeping views across the wide, shimmering river. Dine al fresco while watching the water, unwind on the comfortable sun loungers, or soak up the sun on the spacious waterfront deck. The large gas BBQ is perfect for preparing your ideal steak. And with a bit of luck, you might even catch your own fresh fish right from the river.
The fully equipped kitchen offers beautiful views over the pool area and the river. Centrally located just in front of the kitchen, a stylish pool table invites you to enjoy fun and friendly competition. The villa also features free high-speed Wi-Fi, Apple TV, Netflix (via your own account), and a SONOS sound system.
The home includes three bedrooms - two with king-size beds and one with a queen-size bed. Two bedrooms offer direct access to the pool area. There are also three modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and WC.
Boat rental is optional and highly recommended. Thanks to the direct riverfront location, you can reach the stunning offshore islands of Sanibel and Captiva in no time. Explore secluded beaches, go shelling, or dock at one of the many waterfront restaurants for a relaxing lunch.
Please note: the dock with boat lift is reserved exclusively for our rental boats.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The location on the river is beautiful and we spent a lot of time outside fishing! The house was fully stocked with everything you could need, I've never stayed in a house that was this well stocked!! The house was very clean as well! The pool table was also a huge hit with my kids! The owner was very friendly and accommodating! We had a later flight on our last day and were able to stay a little longer. I highly recommend this house!

When they say house has everything they mean it. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, pots, pans etc. You’ll feel like you’re right at home. Beds and linens were comfortable. The view was spectacular. Great hot tub and pool. I can’t even begin to fully describe how this place was. I booked another 2 weeks before I even left. Thank you all it was the best trip ever!
