Villa Barracuda is a beautifully renovated and newly furnished waterfront retreat, set on a spacious corner lot just moments from the river. Located in the highly desirable Yacht Club area, this villa is a dream for boating enthusiasts, with open water access reachable in just five minutes by boat. Enjoy stunning water views and unforgettable sunsets, while the beach of Cape Coral and the popular “Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill” are only a short walk away.

Designed in a bright, contemporary style, the villa offers four comfortable bedrooms and three brand-new bathrooms. Two generous master suites feature king-size beds, while the additional bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds. One master bathroom includes both a walk-in shower and a bathtub, the second offers a walk-in shower; all bathrooms are modern and elegantly finished.

The light-filled living area features large sliding glass doors and an open-concept layout. A cozy TV lounge with a spacious sofa flows seamlessly into the dining area and the fully equipped open kitchen with breakfast bar, creating a welcoming space for relaxing and entertaining.

The expansive south-facing terrace guarantees sunshine throughout the day. The heated pool invites you to unwind, while the covered seating area with gas grill is perfect for relaxed barbecue evenings. The entire pool and lanai area is enclosed for added safety and privacy. Comfortable sun loungers and a generous outdoor shower with full wood enclosure complete the outdoor experience.

A private walkway leads to the dock with a charming tiki hut — the ideal spot to enjoy a cool drink and the tranquil waterfront atmosphere. Despite its peaceful setting, the villa is centrally located with shops, restaurants, golf and tennis facilities all nearby. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler and additional amenities are provided.

Cape Coral is a true waterfront paradise. Fort Myers Beach, as well as the islands of Sanibel and Captiva, are easily and quickly accessible. A boat rental can be arranged upon request.

Guests are looked after by a professional, German- and English-speaking management team. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is permitted outdoors only. Pets may be accepted upon request. The base rate includes four guests; additional guests are subject to an extra nightly fee.
