As soon as you enter this villa you will be amazed by the spectacular open space area with its 4 meters high ceilings and designer furnishing. With a well sought-after southwest exposure, this house is embedded in a wonderful garden (you might even be able to see some blooming orchids under the palm trees) on an oversized triple lot of 1370 square meters (14 810 square feet) and is located near all the services (1 minute drive to the nearest supermarket and restaurants and 5 minutes from Cape Harbour).

The floor plan, with over 372 sqm (4000 square feet) of usable space of which 255 sqm (2750 square feet) is air-conditioned living space, will make you enjoy the perfect Florida lifestyle. Approximately 16 ft (5m) of sliding doors with a height of 10 ft (3m) connect the living area with the outdoor space and give you a wonderful view of the canal.

The property offers a large master suite (with king-size bed) that has direct access to the pool area, as well as a view of the canal. The spacious master bathroom, with separate walk-in shower and bath, has two granite vanity units that can individually accommodate him and her.

You will also find 2 more bedrooms with queen-size beds and their own bathrooms, one of which has direct access to the pool.

On the large, and particularly high ceiling lanai, you’ll find a comfortable dining and lounge area from which you will have access to the heated pool and spa.

Watch the wonderful sunsets from the pool or dock area while enjoying your cocktail! Create your individual light atmosphere at night or adjust the perfect water temperature by choosing between the many different controls of the pool/spa, simply by using the iPad’s remote control.

The large, well equipped, and modern kitchen has a breakfast nook with a large panoramic window that gives you an amazing view of the canal and the lanai and pool area.

This property is not suitable for children under 16 years old and is only rented to adults.

NON-Smoking Villa – There is a strict non-smoking policy in Villa Aguabella.

No parties are allowed in this Villa.

IMPORTANT: The Villa is equipped with surveillance cameras in the outside area that cannot be turned off under any circumstances due to security consideration. No private areas are monitored.

Aguabella Villa is rented per person per day. Only registered guests that appear on the Intervilla’s registration form prior to arrival are allowed to stay and use the Villa’s facilities. The owners reserve the right to terminate the contract without compensation if unauthorized persons occupy the property.
