Villa South West is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas in Cape Coral - quietly situated at the end of a dead end road, with no through traffic. The southwest corner plot is surrounded by water on two sides and offers an unobstructed view of the canal with spectacular sunsets. This view makes it clear why the villa bears the name “South West”.
Both the entire jetty and the bathrooms were completely renovated in the fall of 2024 - modern, high-quality and stylish. The furnishings have been designed with great attention to detail and create a harmonious feel-good atmosphere.
The heated saltwater pool is particularly gentle on the skin and can be reached directly from all bedrooms. The spacious, sunny pool area invites you to relax and enjoy.
The outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and fridge provides for culinary moments. The entire pool area and the covered seating area are equipped with a NO-SEE-UMS insect screen - the latest technology against even the smallest mosquitoes.
The extended south-facing outdoor area is particularly popular with our guests in the winter months. A perfect place for a sunny breakfast - with a wonderful view of the canal.
Thanks to its prime location, you can reach the river by boat in just a few minutes without locks. From the private jetty you can start your tours to the beautiful islands of Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers Beach - or explore the surroundings on a stand-up paddle board.
The fish-rich channel, supplied with fresh water every day by the tide, is perfect for fishing or watching dolphins and manatees - often directly from the jetty.
Restaurants, cafés and boutiques in the Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour marinas are just a few minutes away.
During your stay, you will be looked after by our German and English-speaking property management on site.

We spent a week in Villa South using it as a base as we explored the area. We loved the pool area and spent more time enjoying this outdoor space than planned. We loved how the home opened to this outdoor space so readily. The ability to watch both sunrise and sunsets added to the experience. All communication leading up to our stay was timely and complete. Whereas beach time was harder than expected to find, the beach chairs/umbrella/wagon was very helpful. We love to cook in and found the kitchen to otherwise be well stocked. We had a terrific winter escape. Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der Villa South und nutzten sie als Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir liebten den Poolbereich und verbrachten mehr Zeit als geplant damit, diesen Außenbereich zu genießen. Wir fanden es toll, wie offen das Haus zu diesem Außenbereich war. Die Möglichkeit, sowohl Sonnenaufgänge als auch Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten, trug zu diesem Erlebnis bei. Die gesamte Kommunikation im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthalts war zeitnah und vollständig. Während es schwieriger als erwartet war, Zeit für den Strand zu finden, waren die Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme und der Strandwagen sehr hilfreich. Wir kochen gerne und fanden die Küche ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten einen tollen Winterurlaub.
