The View enchants you from the first day with a wonderful, wide view of the lake and a sensational sunset. Every day becomes an unforgettable experience!

The View is situated in a quiet, privileged location right on one of the lower 8-Lakes and allows you to reach the River and the Gulf of Mexico by boat within a few minutes.

The spacious open dining and living area is modernly furnished and color coordinated. The furniture’s are of excellent quality. The living room has a sofa as well as a cozy lounge chair. The wonderful light of the Artemide lamp lets you relax and unwind.

All rooms are equipped with the newest Samsung TVs with Samsung Streaming Plus and integrated Apple TV + HULU.

The kitchen has all necessary technical equipment and is state-of-the-art. Nespresso coffee machine available - please bring the capsules of your choice from home! Breakfast can be enjoyed at the kitchen bar. For cozy dinners there is a dining table with room for six people. The music flows from the speakers of the Sonos sound system. Each room has its own Sonos box. You can also enjoy great music through the speakers in the outdoor area.

All bedrooms have a king size bed with down comforter. Two of the three bedrooms have direct pool access. All bedrooms have a closet and dressing room. The bedrooms are color coordinated with the overall concept. The rooms are modern and comfortably furnished and meet all expectations. Adjustable panels on the windows facing the lake give the room additional eye-catching light. The two large bathrooms each have two sinks. The showers have both a rain - and a hand shower. A hair dryer is provided in all bathrooms.

The lounge area outside lets you relax and enjoy. The comfortable Dedon chairs will make you forget about time. Together with a glass of wine you can experience wonderful sunsets. In the meantime, a few laps in the infinity pool will refresh you or you can enjoy the heat in the jacuzzi. The pool area can be heated with the use of a heat pump. So you can use the pool also in the cooler months without difficulties. The pool is operated with a modern, skin-friendly salt technology. (Pool dimensions: 39 x 13ft). Ceiling fans ensure a pleasant breeze in the warmer months of the year. The outdoor area has a dining table with seating for 6 people, a gas grill, and a ping pong/billiard table.

A SUP (stand-up paddle) as well as a kayak are available for sporting activities. You can enjoy paddling on the calm lake and the neighborhood canals. It is not uncommon to see manatees, flying fish or even dolphins. The house has modern, energy-saving equipment and technology. Low-energy glazing and extensive energy-saving LED lighting are standard.

A boat can be rented optionally (recommended!) The available dock is only available for our boats!

One garage spot is also available for tenants of Villa The View.

NO Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the villa, pets are not allowed.
