The Pool is operated without chlorine with a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. A great advantage for people with a chlorine allergy - the water does not feel too salty - rather, it is soft and very pleasant.
From the covered Lanai you enjoy a wonderful view over the wide, sparkling water of the river. Enjoy your dinner watching the water, relax on the comfortable sun loungers on the sun deck or sunbath on the large concrete slabs directly at the River. Huge gas BBQ for your perfect US steak - enjoy! Or maybe you're lucky and catch a fresh fish in the River?
Fully equipped kitchen with view over the pool area and the River. Directly in front of the kitchen, in the center of the house, you find a great pool table for fun and competition. Free WLAN-Internet, Apple TV, Netflix (access through your own account) and SONOS system.
3 bedrooms, two with kingsize and one with queensize bed. Two of which have direct access to the pool area. The villa offers 3 bathrooms with shower / WC.
Boat rent optional possible and very recommended. Villa Laguna lies directly at the river and you can reach the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva within a hint! Go shellying on a deserted beach or have a lunch in one of the many restaurants where you can dock the boat.
The dock with boat lift is available for our own rental boats only.

When they say house has everything they mean it. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, pots, pans etc. You’ll feel like you’re right at home. Beds and linens were comfortable. The view was spectacular. Great hot tub and pool. I can’t even begin to fully describe how this place was. I booked another 2 weeks before I even left. Thank you all it was the best trip ever! Wenn es heißt, das Haus habe alles, dann ist das auch so gemeint. Die Küche war komplett mit Gewürzen, Töpfen, Pfannen usw. ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren bequem. Die Aussicht war spektakulär. Toller Whirlpool und Pool. Ich kann gar nicht beschreiben, wie toll dieser Ort war. Ich habe noch vor meiner Abreise zwei weitere Wochen gebucht. Vielen Dank an alle, es war die beste Reise aller Zeiten!

Eine sehr schöne und saubere, komplett hochwertig ausgestattete Villa. Super Lage, man kann Fußläufig vieles erreichen. Blick von der Terrasse einmalig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gleich wieder gebucht! A very beautiful and clean villa with high-quality furnishings throughout. Our family recently spent five nights at Villa Laguna and had a wonderful time. The villa was exactly as described and more. Beautiful setting and great amenities - everything you would need from a fully appointed kitchen, plenty of linens, pool table for entertainment and an array of exercise equipment. The owners really thought of everything to make our family vacation truly enjoyable! Will definitely stay here again when our family travels take us to the Cape Coral / Fort Myers area. Unsere Familie hat kürzlich fünf Nächte in der Villa Laguna verbracht und eine wundervolle Zeit gehabt. Die Villa entsprach genau der Beschreibung und übertraf sogar unsere Erwartungen. Wunderschöne Lage und großartige Ausstattung – alles, was man braucht, von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche über reichlich Bettwäsche bis hin zu einem Billardtisch für Unterhaltung und einer Reihe von Fitnessgeräten. Die Eigentümer haben wirklich an alles gedacht, um unseren Familienurlaub wirklich angenehm zu gestalten!
