The 230 square meter house has 5 spacious bedrooms. The master room has direct access to the pool deck, thanks to two sliding doors, and has its own bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. The junior master also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms have ample walk-in closets to conveniently store your travel wardrobe.

The lovingly furnished children's room and the two other bedrooms, which are very bright and spacious, share a bathroom with shower and toilet and have access to the pool deck. There is 1 high chair available.

The open kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired and, like the living area, has a wonderful view of the pool deck. The modern dining area offers enough space for 10 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine - don't forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!

In the comfortable living area there is a 75 inch flat screen TV and a stereo system. 4 more televisions are in the bedrooms. German TV is also available! The living and outdoor area is equipped with a SONOS system. An air hockey table guarantees fun for everyone. WLAN Internet access is available free of charge.

Terrace and pool deck face west. Enjoy the sun after breakfast and let yourself be pampered by the sunset at dinner. The terrace has a large seating area for 10 people. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

The large, electrically heated pool, a spacious pool deck, as well as a boat dock with sunbathing platform invite you to sunbathe. You will be amazed how many animals live here in the canals: fish, small turtles and with a bit of luck, you can also see dolphins or manatees.

The location of Villa Ambiente is ideal for boat trips as you don't have to go through locks and you are only 15-20 minutes away from the Caloosahatchee River and the Intercostal Waterway. Explore the offshore islands Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers Beach by boat. A recommended experience here in the Venice of America!

By car you can reach the port and nearby shops in only a few minutes.
