Large swimming pool with skin-friendly saltwater-technique (without chlorine). Separate whirlpool / spa with a wonderful view over the dock / tiki-hut and the sparkling water. Comfortable sunloungers to sunbath, enjoy, read a book and relax. Have a sundowner at the tiki hut and try to reach the last sunrise in the evening, meanwhile you're having your feet in the chilling waters below. You might even see a manatee looking for sea grass in the water? BBQ for your perfect US-Steak (or maybe a fresh fish?)
Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine (don't forget to bring your favourite flavours from home!) For the daily dose of fun you find a pool table at Villa Manatee. Of course the house offers free WLAN.
2 master suites with each a king size bed) with direct access to the pool area and both with an own bathroom. Third bedroom is also with a king size and an own WC/shower.
You find another 6 sunloungers on the dock, where you get sun sun sun and nothing but sun the whole day.
Boat rent optional possible (and very recommended). Explore the offshore islands like Sanibel and Captiva and reach secluded beaches you won't reach by car.

Reto was a great host. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen for quality meal preps. Newer appliances and cookware. The whole house and outdoor living area was extremely clean and well maintained. A+! Reto war ein toller Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass man hochwertige Mahlzeiten zubereiten konnte. Es gab neue Geräte und Kochgeschirr. Das gesamte Haus und der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool and hot tub with our adult children & their significant others. We fished and looked for manatee. It was a very laid back, relaxing time. The house had everything we needed! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Es ist eine ruhige Nachbarschaft mit schöner Landschaft. Wir genossen die Zeit im Pool und Whirlpool mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Lebensgefährten. Wir fischten und hielten Ausschau nach Seekühen. Es war eine sehr entspannte und erholsame Zeit. Das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchten!
