Welcome to the beautiful Villa Maui, peacefully located and built in 2019 directly on an idyllic canal with sunny southwest exposure. Here you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and truly relaxing vacation days.

The villa offers three stylish bedrooms, two of them with direct access to the pool, all equipped with TVs. The spacious master bathroom features a walk-in shower, a freestanding bathtub, a separate toilet, and dual sinks. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink is also available for guests.

The open, bright living and dining area is modern and elegantly furnished. The fully equipped kitchen—with filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, milk frother, smoothie maker, large refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, and ceramic cooktop—invites you to enjoy time together. In the living area, a large TV, fireplace, and cozy sofa landscape create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. High-quality privacy and sun protection have been installed in several rooms.

The office can be used as a fourth bedroom with a pull-out sofa or as a baby room. For our youngest guests, a baby crib, changing mat, baby monitor, and high chair are available free of charge. A washing machine and dryer can also be used at no extra cost.

The spacious lanai with dining area, new lounge furniture, sunbeds, and umbrellas is perfect for relaxing. A newly added modern outdoor kitchen is ideal for cozy barbecue evenings. The heated pool, surrounded by elegant palm trees, along with the sun deck, offers the perfect place to unwind or enjoy water fun.

Cameras in the garage as well as in the front and side areas of the house provide additional security. Supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and the harbor are all just a few minutes away.

A German- and English-speaking property management team on site ensures that your stay runs smoothly and comfortably.
