This two-story villa (3840 ft²) is furnished to a high standard in Asian style and leaves nothing to be desired. The south-facing saltwater pool is particularly skin-friendly, with no chlorine smell, and can be heated by solar heating or an efficient heat pump.

The villa is located on one of the widest canals in southeast Cape Coral. From the pool deck, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the water, which is even more spectacular from the observation deck on the first floor – perfect for romantic sunsets over the river. The house is finished throughout with travertine stone and tastefully furnished to a high standard.

The open-plan living area can be completely opened up with 30 feet sliding doors – inside and outside, you always feel connected to your surroundings. Each bedroom has its own outdoor area, ideal for several couples or families who value privacy. The Beachwalk villa offers exceptional peace and privacy thanks to the clever orientation of the neighboring houses.

The location is a boater's dream: just one block from the river, with open water just a 2-minute boat ride away. A boat fuel station is in the immediate vicinity. The beach, The Boathouse restaurant, and shopping facilities are within walking distance.

Guests often spot dolphins and occasionally manatees swimming in the canals.

The 40 feet pool has 3 bar stools and an outdoor hot tub. The villa offers 3 climate zones, Internet TV, and a Sonos system for music in all indoor and outdoor areas. A Weber Genesis 600 grill, billiards, and board games provide entertainment. Four kayaks are available free of charge. A boat can also be rented; the dock with boat lift can only be used for your own rental boats.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

The garage cannot be used, but there is a parking space directly in front of the house.
