As you enter the Cape Royal Country Club, you are welcomed by a row of gently swaying palm trees that seem to invite you to relax and enjoy the time ahead. From the moment you see the house, you can feel the warmth and security of the community.

Inside, the spacious living room offers plenty of open space, while the large kitchen is perfect for preparing a delicious breakfast or dinner. While enjoying your morning meal, you have a breathtaking view of the sunrise, the swimming pool, and a small, glittering lake within sight. Occasionally, you will see golfers teeing off to your left, hoping to make it over the water.

The house also features a generous master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a round whirlpool. The master bedroom offers a stunning view of the sunrise and direct access to the pool area. The second master bedroom with a queen-size bed also has its own bathroom, pool access, and a beautiful view of the sunrise. The third and fourth bedrooms, both with queen-size beds, share a charming bathroom. The kitchen is in close proximity to all bedrooms.

You can enjoy your favorite movies in one of the bedrooms, the living room, or even on the veranda. For lunch, a table with space for eight people is available by the pool. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and a clothes dryer, free Wi-Fi, and an office with a large desk that can be partitioned off for privacy – perfect for business meetings or Zoom calls.

Additionally, you have access to a golf cart, ideal for a round of golf or an evening drive through the neighborhood to admire the sights and chat with friendly neighbors. I am sure you will fall in love with this wonderful house.

In the villa, there is a strict smoking ban - NO SMOKING!!! Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed!
