The exceptionally large corner lot offers plenty of privacy and wonderful views. Water lilies, graceful cranes, and bird sounds allow residents to forget about the outside world. The southwest orientation ensures optimal sunlight and provides delightful sunsets.

The interior captivates with its simple elegance and uniqueness. It combines modernity with classic design and has a European touch. The perfectly coordinated bright colors bring a serene cheerfulness to the house. The room proportions are harmonious, and the clean lines of the furnishings make it easy to keep the house tidy during longer stays. The spacious outdoor area and room layout are as follows:

• Heated pool with seating area in the water, four comfortable loungers, a lounge with sun umbrella, dining table, and gas grill.

• Living room with high tray ceilings, a modern two-layered chandelier, large windows, Samsung TV, Bluetooth-enabled Denon amplifier, excellent floor-standing speakers, and a glass dining table.

• Office with a cozy reading nook (two armchairs) and a small desk.

• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, large refrigerator with ice cube function, drip coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, toaster, electric whisk, ample dishes and pans, plastic cups for outdoor use, cleaning supplies, etc.).

• Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, steam iron, and vacuum cleaner.

• Spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, Samsung TV, armchair, and access to the pool area. The huge walk-in closet features a full-length mirror, foldable clothes drying rack, and plenty of hangers and luggage racks.

• Large master bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower, large bathtub, and separate toilet. The second bathroom has a bathtub with sliding shower door, and access to the pool area.

• Two guest rooms with king-size beds (one of them with a Samsung TV and chair, the other with an armchair), both equipped with walk-in closets, ample hangers, and luggage racks.

• The entire house has ceramic tile floors that mimic wood in the bedrooms.

• Beach chairs and a sun umbrella are available in the garage, and there are plenty of bath towels in the house.

• WiFi is included, electricity is billed based on consumption.

Our German- and English-speaking property management will personally check you in after your arrival (self-access through a key safe with a code) and answer any questions. Laminated information texts inside the house provide an immediate and smooth start to your Florida experience. There is a personal check-out, too.

Policy: No smoking, no pets, and no children under 6 years old. We appreciate compliance with this policy, which has been set for safety reasons and out of consideration of other guests.
