There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity, others are at Cape Harbor, distance about 3-5 min. Travel time – this also applies to the nearest supermarket.

The high-quality villa is about 250 sqm in size and fully air-conditioned.

The spacious living area, furnished with lots of charm and wit, includes a modern kitchen with bar. Here hobby chefs will find all the important utensils for self-catering. In the adjoining dining area, a large table invites you to dine and socialise. From everywhere you have a great view of the outdoor area with pool, as well as the canal behind.

The villa has three individually decorated bedrooms each with a bathroom. A master bedroom with king size bed and a particularly spacious bathroom, the second and third room also with king size beds and a bathroom.

The villa also includes 4 bikes and 2 fishing rods, a cooler and parasols for the beach and much more. The villa is fully equipped with dishes, bed linen, towels, beach towels, American fridge, icemaker , washing machine, etc.

The terrace with heated pool invites you to relax and evening barbecue. The terrace has a luxurious BBQ grill and exclusive garden furniture.

A beautiful, palm-covered garden surrounds the villa, which otherwise guarantees the highest level of living comfort for discerning holidaymakers.
