THE SPACE: Everything you could want on vacation! Enjoy your private pool & bbq grill, take the kayaks (2) out for a sunset adventure or rent a boat & keep it at your private boat dock for the duration of your stay or cruise the river to the Gulf of Mexico to crystal clear blue water. (A security deposit applies if the lift is part of the rental. Approval needed)

A fully stocked kitchen offers you the opportunity to cook and enjoy the property, beach essentials like beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels make sure you're all set for paradise.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed, on-suite bath with shower and soaking tub, walk-in closet w/ dresser, TV and private sliding door entrance with a great view of the river.

Bedroom 2 - King Bed, on-suite bath with shower, closet/dresser, TV, and view of the river.

Bedroom 3 - King Bed, closet/dresser, TV, and view of the river.

Bedroom 4 - A set of bunk beds, closet and one full size bed

Office - writing desk, chair and printer.

Laundry Room - This room has a full size washer and dryer behind closed doors and a well equipped supply storage.

LOCAL FAVORITES; 10 minutes to downtown to shop, eat or one of our faves… Beacon Social Drinkery (Hello 12th floor rooftop views of the river!) We suggest heading over at sunset for a delicious craft cocktail or enjoy our fave lunch spot, Izzy's for fresh oysters & fish and chips! Yes, please!

A quick 45 minutes to numerous blue water beaches. Fort Myers to be the life of the party, Shell hunting and dolphin watching on famous Sanibel Island or Lovers Key State Park & beach for nature trails, kayaking, fishing or a day of beach fun.

GUEST ACCESS: You will have access to your private house with driveway, yard, dock and private gym area. Boat lift on request only.
