The modern outdoor kitchen with gas grill, hood, sink and refrigerator is ready for your use. Under the covered lanai there is a dining table for 6 people and a lounge. The ceiling fans provide a comfortable climate.

Upon entering the home, you will be amazed by the large open space with the high coffered tray ceiling and the custom gourmet kitchen. Large porcelain tiles have been installed on the floor. The entire home is equipped with Hurricane Impact windows and doors.

The fully equipped kitchen features state of the art appliances, a pot filler and a waterfall quartz countertop with 4 high chairs. Cooking on the high quality gas stove is fun - not just for professionals. The heat can be regulated very quickly and efficiently. The beautiful master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size box-spring bed, a fan, and a large mirror. Sliding doors give you access to the lanai. In the adjoining dressing room and the large dresser, you will find enough space for your vacation wardrobe. You will love the spacious, luxurious master bathroom with its large rain shower with natural light and soaking tub.

In the other two rooms you will find each another queen bed and a dresser for your clothes. The matching bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet and is also directly accessible from the pool area.
