Villa Cataleya welcomes you to Cape Coral, where the sun shines 360 days a year and tropical islands and powder white beaches are waiting for you.

The house was built on a huge triple-lot and faces south directly. Enjoy the warm sun around the year from early morning till dawn.

The heart of the house is the spacious Lanai (133m2) with a wonderful covered area (52m2). Enjoy the view over the infinityedge pool from the comfortable lounge or the dining table. The pool is around 8m long and contains saltwater. A separate jacuzzi/spa and an outdoor-shower are available as well.

A perfect outdoorkitchen with a 5burner grill, a fume hood, fridge and sink offer the perfect cooking experience. Enjoy the view, have a beer and a chat with the chef and watch the sparkling water of the broad canal in front of you.

The open livingroom offers enough space for all guests to enjoy a comfortable TV-evening.

From the fully equipped kitchen you overview the livingroom, the dinig area and the pool area. Enjoy your favorite Nespresso-coffee in the morning, a Nespresso-machine is available. Don't forget to bring your favorite capsules from home!

3 bedrooms with each a kingsize bed offer space for 6 guests. The master and the juniorbedroom offer direct access to the pool area. The third bedroom has an own, private little terrace.

Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, all with high quality Hansgrohe-faucets.

Den with a desk and a sofa for all the ones who - despite holidays - need to work from time to time. Or just want a moment for themselves and relax on the sofa.

For all the sporty guests Villa Cataleya offers 2 bikes and 2 Kajaks to cruise the vista and explore the canals. (Ready to use from January 2021 on) Use at your very own risk - Intervillas and the owners disclaim liability.

A big dock with a lowered kajak-entrance that offers an easy boarding. The Tiki-Hut offers shade even on hot summer days and invites you to enjoy a drink, watch the fishes pass by and enjoy the breeze.

Our property-management is at your site if you need anything.

Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Smoking outdoors is, of course, allowed.
