The generous Lanai has been built 2019 and offers a great, electrically heatable pool (33x14ft). The covered Lanai welcomes everybody to sit, relax, enjoy and play. Enjoy the wonderful view over the pool and the canal while having your perfect, juicy American steak getting ready on the grill. Absolute highlight of the pool is the 1ft deep low water zone with jets, that make the zone a small jacuzzi. Popular with big and small guest.

The new, spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with high quality BOSCH and WHIRLPOOL devices and offers everything you could wish for. Ceramik stove top, ofen, microwave, a big double door fridge with freezer. A filter coffeemachine, an Italian cafetera as well as a Nespresso-machine including milk froth machine available. Don't forget to bring your favorite Nespresso capsules from home.

Enjoy the view from the dining table over the pool and the canal. The dining area can be separated from the living room area with a big glass sliding door. The comfortable couch in the living room offers enough space for 6 guests. The smart flatscreen-TV offers all common apps such as Netflix (login with own account). Highspeed IFI available.

All bedrooms offer a high quality 7 zone, anti-allergic cold foam mattress. Kingsize bed in the masterbedroom, 2x2meters mattress. Ensuite bathroom with a luxurious glass shower and a big sink. The Queen bedroom offers a queensize mattress (5x6ft) and the twin bedroom 2 separate beds each 3x6ft. All bedrooms offer night tables with USB connections to load your smart phones and devices. The queen and twin bedroom share a bathroom with a shower tub, a sink and a built-in closet for additional storage.

Utility-room with WHIRLPOOL washing machine and dryer, a huge sink (stainless steel) and storage room for pool and boat towels. Direct access to the garage and outdoors.
