The great lounge with sun roof on the sun deck to relax, comfortable sun loungers, beach chairs to put into the low water zone in the pool to sunbath...an outdoor kitchen with sink and fridge for the perfect juicy American BBQ. The open and spacious kitchen is the center of the livingroom. Enjoy the view ove rthe pool onto the canal while preparing dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your perfect holiday. Keurig-Caffee-Maschine available.

A great couch and a huge 55" flatscreen TV in the livingroom for cozy evenings. Netflix-app available (login with own account).

4 bedrooms with kingsize-beds for up to 8 guests. Masterbedroom and Junior bedroom with access to the pool area. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom and there's a fifth bathroom available for guests. The masterbathroom has a huge corner bathtub and a wonderful walk in shower. Each bedroom has an own flatscreen TV.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. No exception.
