This 2019 built designer villa offers everything you could wish for. Open, bright living concept with a trendy interior will thrill you. The house offers a 2-zone-A/C for an individual temperature control in the master bedroom and the rest of the house.
Villa Splendid is rented to adults only - kids from 12 years on are welcome
The house is situated on a over 15,000sqft big lot and offers a spacious Lanai and pool area, which is south facing. You can enjoy the Florida sun the whole day on one of the 6 comfortable sun loungers. The pool is electrical heated and offers a separate whirlpool/spa and a low water zone to put your feet in the cool water while taking sun. High quality outdoor kitchen with grill, extractor hood and sink - the perfect place to prepare the perfect, juicy US steak.
The house welcomes you with 5m high, ascending walls that create a light-flooded and bright ambience. The bright, modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could wish for. Enjoy the breathtaking view over the pool area and the broad canal while enjoying your breakfast coffee on the kitchen counter. Don't forget to bring your favorite Nespresso capsules from home, there's a Nespresso coffee machine available for you.
All 3 bedrooms have a kingsize bed. The mastersuite has direct access to the pool area and an en-suite masterbath, which offers a designer bath tub and a huge walk-in shower. The second bathroom offers a shower/WC.
Boatdock and lift are available. We recommend to rent a boat for a few days to explore the offshore islands like Sanibel or Captiva. Walk on snow white endless beaches and have lunch in one of the many Caribbean restaurants where you can dock your boat. You will love it!
Please smoke only outdoors, this is a non-smoking house.
No pets allowed due to guests with allergies, thank you for your understanding.

We stayed at this house in Cape Coral over New Year’s and really enjoyed our time there. The house was clean, comfortable, and just as it looked in the photos. Everything we needed was there, and it was easy to settle in right away. The pool and hot tub were a highlight — both were beautiful and well maintained, and we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying them. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to stores and restaurants, which made things very convenient. Reto was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great place to spend the New Year. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay here again! Wir haben über Neujahr in diesem Haus in Cape Coral gewohnt und unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber, komfortabel und sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, und wir konnten uns sofort wohlfühlen. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren ein Highlight – beide waren wunderschön und gut gepflegt, und wir haben viel Zeit damit verbracht, uns zu entspannen und sie zu genießen. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von Geschäften und Restaurants, was sehr praktisch war. Reto war ein großartiger Gastgeber und hat während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend mit uns kommuniziert. Insgesamt war es ein großartiger Ort, um Silvester zu verbringen. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Während unserer Reiseplanung haben wir uns sehr schnell für die Villa Splendid entschieden...und wir lagen goldrichtig. Der Zustand des Hauses ist top, es ist modern und äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet (die Bilder täuschen nicht). Die wunderschöne Lage garantiert Ruhe sowie Sonne von morgens bis abends. Die Betreuung in der Planungsphase durch Reto Pavoni und bei der Ankunft in Cape Coral durch Jeannette war hervorragend. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen! While planning our trip, we very quickly decided on Villa Splendid...and we were absolutely right with our choice! The condition of the house is top, it is modern and extremely tastefully furnished (the pictures are not deceptive). The beautiful location guarantees peace and quiet as well as sun from morning to night. The support during the planning phase by Reto Pavoni and on arrival in Cape Coral by Jeannette was excellent. We will gladly come again!
